I love eggs Benedict and when a place has it I get excited. Most of the time I get let down because they cheap out on the sauce or the sauce is just blah. Not here. The sauce is cream and smooth no lumps. You can also taste the hint of lemon that often gets forgotten. I asked for extra sauce and boy did they deliver. Eggs poached perfectly. Hats off to the chef Mike for doing it right. Now let me tell you about the pancakes that are the size of the plate and so delicious and fluffy....read full review
