Never have croissants available, will not toast your breakfast sandwiches. I have been going here at least twice a week for the last month and they have never gotten my order right once. I will not be going back. You’re better off going to one of the Dunkin’s in highland or Newburgh.

Stopped at the drive-thru at 8:35 pm.Google maps says DD doesn't close till 9 pm.No service at all. Just the employees going to the back of the store so there was no one up front or at the window. They were up front before I came to the drive-thru though.

Been here 3 to 4 times all via mobile orders and they are yet to get an order completely accurate. Stand at the counter and get ignored. Electronic board says you're orders done but it's not most times...

So I'll start this post by saying please save yourself the time and stress and avoid going here. I've lived across the street since they've opened a couple years ago and have made the mistake of expecting things to get better at this establishment. Maybe weeding out bad baristas, unreliable workers, and rude and hostile workers over time would change the incapacity of this place to make a simple hot coffee the way you ask for it. They recycle their workers like Madonna recycled her boyfriends but yet can't find anyone capable of making a coffee. The workers they kept must be friends with the manager that makes smiling look like a chore. Otherwise, they wouldn't have a job. In addition to messing up your order every time, they then act like it's your fault and become hostile when you want it fixed. Furthermore, even if everything comes out the way you ask for it, it will still suck. They must reuse the coffee beans cause their is no punch in their coffee. The bagels are usually a day old and are stale. They don't toast them long enough. They are very stingy with spreads. They make iced drinks when you want them hot. They don't know the difference between Splenda and sweet n low. I drive an extra half hour each weekend morning to go to different Dunkin Donuts locations so I don't have to deal with the nonsense here. Seeing as this is the first yelp review, maybe they will start being held accountable and greeting customers with a smile and having pride and dignity in what they do and can concentrate long enough while on the clock to satisfy their paying customers. I've probably thrown close to a thousand dollars in their tip jar and am very nice despite their lack of compassion and work ethic yet still get treated like I'm a nuisance when I pull up to the drive-thru. I've told myself countless times I won't go back here but due to the convenience of their location I've drove myself insane. Unless I'm in serious dire circumstances, I will never go back here.

It's a very new Dunkin donuts so it's everything is clean brand new or the staff is nice I mean it's a Dunkin donuts
Walked in dude was mopping the floor and walked to the counter to help me. He took my money and the made my coffee with the same gloves that he had on from mopping! What is wrong with people. He probably prepared that mop bucket and everything with those gloves and then he's making coffees with them on!! Probably food too. Also didn't like that he took the mixing spoon out of a cup of water that was next to the coffee machine didn't wipe it off or nothing and just slammed it down in the coffee cup and started stirring it just cross-contaminating with the water that's in that cup sitting out in the open!!! Last time for me

I've heard horror stories but I can honestly say I've never had a bad experience. The people i have delt with are friendly, the place is clean and the hot chocolate is amazing. Got a watery one once and they apologized and fixed it.

My favorite place Dunkin but gas station is very nice large selections of snacks soda etc and everything but nasty manager he doesn't know this job. I told him tell your boss he has to open entrance of station and he said that it's not my job I don't care. I wanna spend $1000 for diesel I just spend $300 only because of this nasty manager.They loose only customers. P.S they don't have restrooms if you have restrooms need don't go there they don't give restrooms. Maybe dunkin will give you
