We were in the area for a family wedding, and my husband and I needed some quiet time. We decided to try the Raccoon Saloon on Saturday, June 28. We may have been the first people in for lunch that day. It was quiet, and the people welcoming. We were seated at a table with a view of the river, so nice. Our waitress (I think) was Claire. The food was wonderful; we were so relaxed. We came back the next day and got takeaway, and it, too, was great. I would highly recommend...
My absolute favorite place to stop for food- highly recommend if you're local or just passing through. The servers are all very kind. It is elegant but not pretentious and always made with care. My favorites are the french onion soup and the burger!

Also, If they want to charge extra for every burger topping- then make sure you’re giving customers the correct thing.
They had garlic Mayo/aioli as an add on for $1.50- and whst we received was pure miracle whip. No Mayo, no garlic. It was disgusting and sweet. Burger was big and juicy; but things like that...
