Awesome place, friendly folks and all round a beautiful place to be, with friends and a few wonderful glasses of your favourite spirits, which will bring you around the world!

The place is great! The spirits are great and original. Steve is amazing. I’ll come back again if I get the chance.

This was one of the best experiences I had at a winery. Steve & Kim, the winemakers, are very passionate and proud about their unique winemaking process, which includes aging and not processing the wines.

The wines themselves are heavenly. Wine is an art and these wines are a beautiful pieces of art. I ended up buying a few bottles and my family loved it. I highly recommend a visit to this place. I recommend the Quimby Legacy, such a delicious and vivacious wine.

We were excited about this visit but their service was disappointing. Google hours showed they closed at 6, so we showed up at 5:15 expecting to have one flight or round and were told without apology that the last service ended 2 minutes prior to our arrival. We had taken an uber there and immediately had to book another to leave which was 20 minutes out of the way. A 45 minute last call policy is a little excessive and we should not bace been informed of it upon arriving. It would have been okay if they were kinder about it. They were rude and unapologetic as we waited there for our Uber or arrive. Beautiful location that we will not give another shot to due to this experience. Such a disappointment for a beautiful location. Work on your customer service and you could do much better.

Responding to your reply. Your unprofessional response defending your terrible customer service is a bad look. We would have been fine if we were just treated more kindly and this is just confirming that opinion.

Second, the screenshot below shows that we arrived 5 minutes after your last call and 40 minutes before the closing time found online. We had no way of knowing about the 45 minute last call limit until arrived so of course we asked. When restaurants post their hours, their close time is when they no longer accept patrons. If you want people to stop showing up at 5:15, change your hours online.

Stroutridge Vineyard’s information card says “Unprocessed wine is different not only in taste but in appearance…” It is different. Hadn’t heard of unprocessed wine before, didn’t know it even existed, but we tried their sampler and tasted the difference immediately. I’d describe it as a very clean and fresh taste. The result of an exacting and painstaking process, it was well worth the $20 tasting price.

Website says open until 6pm but sign out front says last serving at 5:15. We arrived at 5:20 and the answer was a hard and fast no. With casual people drinking inside we would have had a drink and been gone before them. By the time the uber dropped us off and picked us up again we could have doubled that price in tasting. It’s a Saturday night and we were from out of town, very disappointed.

Very informative tour around the wine and distillery. Pride, care and love for what they do describes what I felt about the owners. Great tasting and amazing customer service.

The estate is quite pretty, with a very large, clean, and well maintained central tasting room and distillery. There is an incredible amount of liquor to taste, with a particular specialty of traditionally distilled absinthe (award winning; highly recommend). The host was very helpful and knowledgeable about all aspects of the distillation process. We left feeling like we received a free history lesson. We were also given a quick tour of the facility, which was very kind. We spent a little over an hour on location, but we easily could have spent longer.

Prices were reasonable, both for the tastings and the bottles. There were multiple sized bottles, and a huge range of options. Both of the owners were very kind, patient, and accommodating of an exchange after the fact. We did not sample the wine, but will next time.

Outside there are seats and tables, with shade, for tastings, as well as some picnic tables down by the lake. We came in early June, so it wasn't too hot. There was plentiful AC and seating indoors as well.

Owners were very informative, friendly, and enthusiastic with explaining the natural process of making wine and spirits. We got a personal tour and were educated on their buisness. They are very passionate about what they do. Exceptional business.

Great visit. A "Craft Winery" is fitting here. Next time I'll bring some cheese sit on the porch and enjoy a beautiful view. Steve gave us a detailed capsule of his wine making "natural process" and it's place in history. Kim and Bear(cat) kept us entertained in between. The wine and spirit sampling was an education along with an interesting tour. Learned so much. The wine was unique and understanding why was well worth the time. Learning the history of "absinthe" was fun and.....none of us went blind after enjoying it. LOL. Thank you for an enjoyable time!!

During an aimless upstate NY drive today my friend and I stumbled upon this winery and on a whim went for a quick wine tasting. That was our intention at least, what we experienced today was nothing short of spectacular. Very unique wines that opened my eyes and my palate to what really old school winemaking can look like. Steve is very well educated and extremely passionate about wine/spirits and makes no apologies for it. He is a joy to listen to and I wish we could’ve stayed twice as long to taste more things and enjoy his company. I’m going to be returning with a larger group in the near future and can’t wait to share this experience. Steve and Kim you rock!

Nice place. Limited selection of wines but good ones. They were distinctively fruity.
