Great experience with the family. Different size bags. The staff are super friendly and helpful. They have apple cider, apple cider donuts, wine, cocktails and some food choices. So much variety in apples ? Heads up, they don't do touch less payments but do take physical cards and cash.

I went last year around this time and it was great. Property was huge and beautiful. They had a good selection, and it was very peaceful. This past weekend I went back and it was the complete opposite. I stayed for 5 minutes, bought apple cider donuts and left. It was way overcrowded and very loud. I bought tickets because they claimed to have a “fall festival” but I really didn't see any activities other then apple picking and pumpkin picking, which is what they normally offer. It is no longer worth the trip from NYC. I enjoyed it more when it was less crowded. There were a lot of other farms and pumpkin picking in the area. I ended up going to Locust Grove Fruit Farm which was smaller and had no crowd. It was very nice.

Good views and donuts. Fall festival was underwhelming.

We attended the Fall Fest at Weed Orchards this year, and it was a beautiful experience! Due to my recent hip replacement surgery, a lovely young blonde employee driving an ATV, offered to drive us to the Honeycrisp apple section as it was too far for me to walk. She couldn’t have been more pleasant and helpful, and that ride ended up being the high point of our day! Pizza was delicious too! So thank you, Weed Orchards for great employees, and a great Fall Festival!

Admission was free, there was no artfulness, just apple picking. Small to largest bag $12.25.35. We walked as a family, there were no games for children. Just walk and eat apple

Nice place and really good food. Like amazing. But really I had to $10 to go and spend more money. Nice place, but I wont be returning.

We had a great visit at this orchard, despite the rain. They had live music entertainment which lent to the positive vibes made us forget about the weather. Sitting on top of a hill, it has great views of the fall foliage. On the day of our visit, the orchard had a jerk food truck, hotdog stands and other food options and adult beverages, such as pumpkin spice ales. There is a fee to enter and you can purchase bags at different prices to pick apples. This is a great place to spend the day there is a small park for children and it's dog friendly!

Will say the actual orchards/apples are fantastic. However, there are plenty of great local orchards that don't come with same negative experience.

Everything was a nightmare of an experience..

1. They have ZERO cell phone reception on site and within about 5miles of the orchard
2. I was meeting two sets of friends there and could not contact them upon arrival or find them. I asked multiple employees for help after explaining how I cannot find my friends and have no cell phone reception. No one helped. In fact, they refused to share the WiFi Password. One of them I asked twice and he just walked right past me.

I Will give credit to one who brought me to the cafe and told me to stay in the line to ask.. the line was out the door and would likely take me 45min to wait to just ASK. I was with my 5 yo daughter who at that point was already upset and frustrated

3. the place is VERY commercialized. Loud music. The cafe was like an airport cafeteria. The food truck options were mediocre.. nothing artisanal. No healthy option alternatives.

4. Wine tasting completely overpriced.

5. agree with other reviews.. there's no "Festival" they charge a cover fee to enter the premise where you have to they charge you more money for the things inside.. rip off

I would never go back.

Selection of apples was mediocre compared to other local farms. Cider donuts were ok fresh. Overall it would have been a 3 star average but, what really got me upset was that I ordered and paid for a gallon of cider for $12.94 thinking it would be fresh like other farms in the area. No it was Minard farms cider I could buy at Market32 in Newburgh for almost a quarter the price. However the only thing truly worth going for was the Maine lobster truck.
