I call to see if the place was busy,they say no ,3 min later I came in ,and they put me in the waiting list . we the first to get here,and everybody skip in front of us. we wait 45 min and we ask the host why take so long , she say she will not let nobody pass in front of us ,in the end after 1 hour we left the place
Manager shouldn’t be allowed to work in this establishment- beyond rude. We were a party of 7, which I understand they cannot seat more than 6, so we logically asked to separate us into two separate tables, 4 and 3, and she responds with “no” because we already told her we were really 7, how does that make sense?!?! The owner apologized and was lovely, but you lost customers for over 10 years if you have staff working like this.
Four words sum up my first visit to Jam: Cinnamon Bun French Toast! My husband had the best bacon and eggs he’s had in years. Definitely add Jam to your list of regular places. Five stars!
