An update to my previous post. Spoke to the owner. She offered to replace the heroes which I did. She took the order personally and the heroes were made and marked correctly. Much better experience than prior. Thank you.

3 strikes and I'm out. All bad experiences. Slow service, heros made incorrectly and most recently my order was late, 5 sandwhiches all marked incorrectly, made incorrectly and most importantly the gluten free hero was not marked....

I enjoyed my club sub; the customer service was excellent. The staff was friendly and efficient. The only con was that some of the tables were dirty and they needed to be wiped down. Nonetheless, my lunch was delicious.

Every sandwich I have gotten from this location was very , very good but I paid $18 for a sandwich and two small bags of chips ... I can get a sandwich and two chips from a deli for a lot less than
