Mad for Chicken Massapequa

I love the food here but this is the 3rd time i went this month and they have been closed. Did you guys close down?

This place is absolutely horrendous and has zero accountability. After calling in an order one day prior for a birthday driving 40 minutes. I arrived and they said they had no clue and cant help. I would have to wait 40 minutes minimum for my food. Ethan the manager has zero accountability and runs a horrible business. Then they had no idea who was working when i showed up. I would highly recommend avoiding this place like the plague.

Go to all other locations. This place will be out of business in the upcoming years

OK, so I discovered this place over the summer and I have become extremely addicted to this chicken. It is some of the best fried chicken I have ever had. It is always extremely hot and juicy as well and the crust like skin on the outside is also delicious. The mango habanero sauce is incredibly spicy so I would be careful unless you have a extremely high tolerance for spice. I prefer the honey golden and hickory barbecue flavors

Went for lunch. Ordered the all you can eat seafood boil which came with unlimited sides and chicken. Started with a Kani salad and Buffalo chicken mac and cheese. Also some Kimchi fries which were hot, fresh and loaded with kimchi!!!! Ordered a nice sampling of wings and tenders with a variety of sauces all perfectly crispy and sauced!!! The star of the show was clearly the seafood boil. Loaded with 2 types of mussels, clams and crawfish this dish was packed with seafood and flavor. I ordered the sauce at a medium spice and thank god I did. The sauce had a great amount of heat. Everything about this dish was perfect. The amount and quality of the food the price was unbelievable. Can’t wait to go back again!!!!

God forbid you place an order and arrive at the expected arrival time. Be prepared to wait another 20 minutes in person.

I waited for an 35 minutes to receive my meal, then my wife and I left. The cater more to take out and door dash. Eating in is terrible. I don't recommend it.

So I've always been a fan of mad for chicken, especially their original location in northern Blvd in Queens. I ordered a mix order of drums and flats. I literally got 1 flat on soy garlic and 1 flat on the spicy. If you want to flats you need to play more. I don't expect all flats but just 2 from a 20 piece order? Hopefully it doesn't happen to anyone else.

Came in as a party of 4 on a tuesday night. There was one other table who turned out to be food influencers. We did not have popcorn at our table yet the other table got popcorn multiple times. One of the servers did not know the drinks they had (told us they had coke zero but then the other server told us they didn’t.). We ordered Nachos for the table and got them after our main entrees. Main entrees took over 30-40 minutes. Again it was upsetting because there was only one other table. This other table got everything quicker than us (they arrived about 10 mins before we were seated), and the servers were also interacting with the other table. They checked in once. We had high expectations for this location. We get they’re good influencers but we are also customers who are paying full price.

Me and my wife order takeout from here last night during the storm. The food was absolutely amazing! I will not be going to another chicken spot. The food here is just crazy good! The guy inside was really nice when I picked our food up. I highly recommend this place.
