Patrizia's of Long Island

If I can save even one person from booking a party at Patrizia’s Restaurant in North Massapequa, this review is worth it. I booked a private room and was misled from the start — they told me the minimum was 65 people but failed to mention they meant 65 adults, not including kids. Just days before the event, I confirmed details in person, was told not to worry, and was assured staff tips were included. On the day of the party, the staff was inattentive, the food arrived cold and subpar, and the portions were small — the plates were noticeably underfilled, as if they were cutting corners on every dish. They didn’t even put out the desserts I had specially brought until the party was almost over, claiming they hadn’t been told, and they barely cut the cakes for guests — leaving me stuck with all the leftover desserts. Worst of all, the final bill was nearly double what I expected, thanks to hidden gratuity fees and their misleading ‘minimum adult’ count. When I complained, management was rude, dismissive, and mocking — and despite promising a refund, they never sent it. I even took them to court, and they ended up settling with me through a mediator before the case ever reached a judge The management here is disrespectful, dishonest, and only cares about getting your money. They mocked me, tried to intimidate me, and showed zero care for the customer. If I were the owner, I’d be ashamed to have people like this representing my restaurant. Do not book a party here. Go somewhere else that actually values its customers.

Had a nice dinner in comparison to the Aruba location. New York just does it better. Way better. Nothing over the top crazy either, just no complaints about the food, drinks, or service. A normal standard of dining out was delivered, and that's all that is necessary. The drinks were pretty strong, our meals were very good. If you're in to espresso martinis, order one. The only thing I wasn't that thrilled with was the fried calamari, but that's also not the first thing I'd order at any restaurant. The service was attent, polite, and professional. We were there on a Monday evening and it wasn't very busy at all so that was nice. I'd return, knowing it wouldn't be a bad experience.

I just don’t get it. Why make it look like a nice sit down Italian restaurant and then put an obnoxiously loud DJ in the middle. It’s 9pm on a Friday, you are a restaurant on Merrick road in Massapequa- just accept what you are, don’t try to be a nightclub. Food is pretty good, though.

Very disappointed- we had family
Reunion. Burrata cheese Was hard, clams burnt. Fried eggplant old, pesto mushrooms drowned in sauce, gelato just ice cream, lasagna cold, tasteless sauce i could go on but getting queasy again thinking about it. Heads up owners, look at your quality..

This definitely is my favorite pizza on Long Island. Always fresh very flavorful, the sauces are all perfect, not too salty not too bland. Even the broccoli rabe has that garlicky flavor. Highly recommend this place you won’t be disappointed.

Stopped by to try some food. It was just mediocre. Not sure I'll be back for the food but maybe the atmosphere when they twirl the napkins and sing their song.

The food is great. But It needs to change it up with the seasons. This way you can get a new variety with every visit.

It was so much fun. Far for me, but I highly recommend it. Lots of parking, great food, excellent service.
