Love the food but customer service is just as important to me and this girl lacked big time my son is here from Florida when ordering$100 take out I simply asked for a few suggestions lady wasn’t helpful almost annoyed at me for even asking and not knowing exactly what I wanted and it was not busy at All just me will think twice about going back
Generous portions and the food is pretty good. Losing stars because their brisket is NOT brisket. It is chuck roast or something similar passed off as brisket. This won't be like a burger joint serving turkey burgers and calling them buffalo burgers.
The portions are huge, so you're definitely getting your money's worth! I got a 2 meat platter, and I got 3 meals out of it. My boyfriend and I shared my leftovers the next night. Be prepared if you get the haystack to not finish it. It's quite a mountain of onion straws. All of the food was good, except the sliced brisket. It was too overcooked.
