There were 4 people working at 9 pm , one person told me “hold on” and went to the back. Then 2 girls tried taking my order so I tried getting the Oreo cold brew blast. One of the girls said that no one knows how to make it. She said only one employee who works mornings can do it. Amazing I love that. It’s a scoop of ice cream , coffee , and Oreos blended together. A monkey can make it

Order was completely wrong when delivered and no one would answer the phone to have it fixed. Waste of money!

This location is both a Baskin Robin's and Dunkin Donuts. Morning coffee employees lack the language attention required to fulfill the orders in such a busy store. The ice cream section has sometimes been hit or miss where the freezer isn't working well and you get a soft serve vs hard ice cream. They still serve it as if there's noing wrong ?
Went in there New Years Eve for hot fudge sundae, ice cream had ice crystals in it and no taste asked for extra hot fudge. The hot fudge pot sounded empty thought he changed it did not even get one squirt. The server was the least bit interested in doing his job. Would sooner go without then use this store again.
