There were 4 people working at 9 pm , one person told me “hold on” and went to the back. Then 2 girls tried taking my order so I tried getting the Oreo cold brew blast. One of the girls said that no one knows how to make it. She said only one employee who works mornings can do it. Amazing I love that. It’s a scoop of ice cream , coffee , and Oreos blended together. As a teacher you can believe me when I say I frequent Dunkin' quite often. Of all the Dunkins I've visited, this one does the absolute best with the brewing, mixing, and serving of the coffee. Especially for all those almond milk drinkers out there * this place is for you! You guys know what I'm feeling when I say how hard it is to get a good coffee to almond milk ratio. 1 less star bc butter to bagel ratio is just a little aggressive

Great location, service is fast and the staff is really helpful. The food was great and the drinks were a good temperature. We went at night and they still had plenty of options for food. The place was very clean.

I went there today to and my friend and i were still deciding what to order when the man rushed us, while there was no one behind us on line. i can see if he was rushing because they were busy but no one was in there. Very rude

This location is both a Baskin Robin's and Dunkin Donuts. Morning coffee employees lack the language attention required to fulfill the orders in such a busy store. The ice cream section has sometimes been hit or miss where the freezer isn't working well and you get a soft serve vs hard ice cream. They still serve it as if there's noing wrong ?
consistent miserable service, employees always overwhelmed , the indian woman that works in the morning is beyond rude , she makes your order and places it on the counter, does not hand it to you where you always have to reach for it yourself , you ask a question her answer is always " what" ?, 2 recent incorrect onthego orders , today i order iced coffe , they gave me a hot coffe , i would love to avoid this place but its on my way to work

I get to the store today at 5. Guy is outside smoking a cigarette. Another person walks in. Guys is still smoking a cigarette. Doesn't give a s**** Finally comes in and rinses his hands quick. Asks for my order. I ask for a dark roast black. He pours it. I leave. It's a regular f****** roast. I knew he didn't have dark roast brewed. What a f****** a******* Never going to this dunkin again. This is why you're paid minimum wage you f****** loose turd.

Went in there New Years Eve for hot fudge sundae, ice cream had ice crystals in it and no taste asked for extra hot fudge. The hot fudge pot sounded empty thought he changed it did not even get one squirt. The server was the least bit interested in doing his job. Would sooner go without then use this store again.
