I’ve been getting ice cream here for years and today I experienced the worst service in a while. I entered around 9:30 and the worker serving me (only female on shift) was more interested in cleaning far before close than helping customers. She had a scowl on her face and kept rolling her eyes. She asked for all of the orders at once instead of doing one at a time and then proceeded to rush completing them, giving very small portions, and getting the orders wrong. She also was serving and touching the food right after touching the dirty cleaning rags with no gloves

My husband ordered a cake for my birthday the other day. 2 days in advance like suggested. When he went to pick the cake up today it was the completely incorrect cake. They told my husband they couldn't make the one he had ordered. They offered him 5 dollars off.
