I recently visited a restaurant that left me rather disappointed. The establishment advertised an all-you-can-eat wings special on their website, which was the main draw for my visit. However, upon arrival, I learned that this offer was not available, which was a letdown right from the start.Further adding to my frustration was the service. After my meal was delivered, I waited 10 minutes for utensils, expecting the waiter to bring them. When that didn’t happen, I found myself having to get up and fetch them myself, which is not something you’d anticipate having to do at a restaurant.

Food was amazing, grace our main bartender was awesome, the atmosphere was clean and friendly not packed and my dad, his friend, and I ended a great easter there.

Visited today, April 6, 2024 with my daughter and two coworkers. We decided to eat before we played the games. We waited a long time just for a server to come to the table. This particular server approached us with an apparent attitude. We also noticed that she had hickeys on her neck, which should be considered unprofessional in that particular atmosphere.We waited a long time for food n drinks. We also had ask a different server for utensils since the original sever we had didn’t give them to us. I understand Dave & Buster’s is a fun place, but professionalism should alway be present and it wasn’t with the server.

We didn't eat there so can't speak about the food. The games were fun and everything was pretty clean. The cashier up front needs an attitude check. She seemed annoyed that she was interrupted from her personal business on her laptop and had to take care of customers.

I came here because Islandia was an hour wait for a table. I was surprised how much bigger this location is compared to Islandia.If I have the time, I would go to Massapequa over Islandia.

It was a fun time there were 2 games we wanted to play that were broken. There should have been a sign. Tomb raider was unplayable and we lost our money. Terminator was 1l2 broken so we lost some of our money. But these were only complaints . It's one of the final arcades so we will continue to support

We got sat at a table and waited for service, after 20mins,we left because Noone came,try to look for a manager and no where to find,he's supposed to be walking around doing his job and instead he's in the back,definitely 1st and last time I come here,I'll stick to Westbury
My children loved it plenty of video games, friendly staff clean,and parking wasn't terrible.

Last spring the staff was actually exceptional for the most part, especially behind the bar. Now you have bartenders that either never notice you’re there on a slow night or can’t multitask, servers that barely look 16 and management sitting at the table while the place is packed not even slightly interested in helping, just watching like it’s not their job to work here as well. We won’t be coming back to this location anymore, they fell off

Not a bad way to spend time during the winter break, we had a gift card so decided to go and games were good, place was clean but food was over priced and mediocre. Kids Mac and cheese was drowned in sauce, didn't come with drinks with kids meal so had to pay extra, burger was meh....I recommend eating before or after and just play the games
