Had a great time with my family. The service was quick and personable.
The arcade was very spacious, even with a lot of people around Wednesday night. Biggest Dave and Buster's I've been to.
Food was amazing, grace our main bartender was awesome, the atmosphere was clean and friendly not packed and my dad, his friend, and I ended a great easter there.
Dave & Buster's Massapequa offers a mixed experience. Customers generally enjoy the food and drinks, but the service is consistently slow, with long waits for drinks and even appetizers. The atmosphere is clean and friendly, but the game selection is not as extensive as at other locations. The professionalism of the staff can also be inconsistent, with some servers displaying unprofessional behavior.
