Worst Dunkin ever. Quite literally every single latte tastes the exact same. Milk and caffeine. I've heard people say Dunkin's drinks are too sugary, well they should try this one. Zero flavor. Do better and get rid of all the flys near the tables.

I placed a mobile order and went inside 5 minutes later. To my surprise my order was ready however I got a cold bagel with Bec. I went back inside and the cashier tried to gaslight me but I told him I picked up right away so it's not that and they re made my order. Yes I know it's fast food but that's no excuse!

Requested an iced green tea 3/4 with the strawberry refresher 1/4. Owner called out strawberry refresher. I explained that I didn’t want it to be sweet. She then spoke to the worker in a language other than English: maybe so I couldn’t know what she was saying. Maybe because the worker didn’t understand English. Either way she came off as rude. The drink was too sweet. I left it there and will not go back. Too many other Duncan Donuts who want business.

No complaints about my coffee (when correct) but wow the workers need some better manners. They will say “next” and as soon as you say hello and begin giving your order the cashier starts talking to another worker next to them just ignoring you.

Never going here again. They forgot to make half my order and then gave me an attitude when I asked for it. They only made my drinks and hash browns. When I asked for my donuts they put them in upside down so the frosting came off. The staff was rude and will make sure I will not be returning.

This Dunkin is absolute garbage. I’ve been coming here for 2 months and realized how horrible workers are treated. I will be in line ordering and witness workers be yelled at by there coworkers and being disrespectful and rude. I can see the sexism play here when the men and female are doing completely different jobs when it should be equal work. I walk in and feel the tension and toxic environment immediately and sometimes question if I should walk out and switch my local Dunkin. I’m so tired of walking in wanting my coffee and having to witness the horrible and disgusting treatment and things that go on this Dunkin someone please REVIEW WHAT GOES ON IN THIS DUNKIN!!

Beware when buying from this Dunkin location, your receipt says an amount but they charge you a different amount. My purchase was $8.69 and I was charged $10.43. I just didn't have time to go back and rectify this. It's not about the $1.74, it just the principle of the things; this is just stealing, wonder how many people they do this to in a day.
