This is literally my new favorite spot for Central American food! The atmosphere is unique with a family style seating arrangement. I love the aesthetics here. Makes you feel like a modern authentic Salvadoran restaurant you’ll find back in the country. Clean, friendly. The food is delicious! We also order through DoorDash from time to time and it never disappoints. I wish I could give this place 10 stars! Thank you!
We decided to try La Mesa on a whim. What a delightful surprise. It was our first time trying Filipino food. The pork ribs were melt-in-your-mouth tender and flavorful. As was the chicken.

My wife and I are visiting LI for a family wedding and we're looking for a local and unique place. We are thrilled to have found La Mesa! We ordered carne asada platter and chicken skewers. The food was AMAZING. The food was prepared fresh and when we opened up the take out boxes, we were impressed by the amount of food, the quality, and the incredible flavors. Just wish we had a place like this up in RI.
