I came in tonight for ice cream and had to wait a few minutes bc several online orders came in as well as other customers. My impatience quickly disappeared when I saw how quickly and efficiently Amaya handled every customer and every online order. What’s more, she remained friendly and thanked everyone with a warm, genuine smile. Great job Amaya — you have the customer service “Tom Carvel” likely built his business on decades ago!

Pretty good ice cream, but it makes me have to use the bathroom. (And I’m not lactose intolerant.)
