I was disappointed on my cake cuz it was cracked from 2 spots and I i didn’t like that they try to cover one of them with a rose in a place that didn’t have any, I try to call they 2 to let them know they didn’t answered

First of all this place deserves 1 million stars!! The customer service is top tier, but can we talk about the tres leches cake? Omg, the absolute best! I never had a tres leches cake that taste so good until I came to Princess Bakery! The brownies are amazing, cookies are amazing, everything’s amazing! Thank you Princess Bakery!!

The bakery goods are inedibleI am shocked a simple cupcake could be so poorly baked, so dryand taste absolutely awfulTheir cookies were stale, they should had be thrown out days ago but yet they were very eager to sell themPlease do not go here and waste your moneyIt's completely unfair that they are doing to the good people of Massapequa ParkJust awful
