Found a hair in my food. Ordered through Uber eats and it took almost two hours to get to me. Food was cold and this hair was found two bites into my burrito. I had to throw it away. Disgusting.

Love this place! The food is very authentic and tasty. Love how fast the order can be done walk in and out type of vibe. You can also eat in there if you need to. I've tried Massapequa and Levittown locations and both are great. One thing I will add is google stated this location of closed but it is very much open! Def go try if you haven't

The service is good. The food is so flavorful and fresh. Reasonably priced, dine in or take-out. The Happy Hiker with chicken is my favorite! Good gauc and really good pico. They have a lot of choices for what goes in your taco, burrito, or salad!Vegetarian options: You can get plenty of options that are meat free.

Sorry not sorry, this might the last place u would ever want to go if u want authentic Mexican food. Or even good food. The service is good but the food honestly just isn't. Also there wasn't any ice for my drink was quite sad. The tortilla was barely toasted and why is there American cheese in a taco??? To the owner, please stop

The management here is appalling. They treat service workers without common decency. I talked to one of the people that used to work there and they would deduct from his salary to pay the rest of the staff once the minimum wage went to $15. I hope his complaint with the dept. of labor goes through. Waiting for karma to hit them and this business to close.
Dry, cold meat. Not friendly at all. Overload my salad with lettuce, and charged extra for sour cream & salsa. The size they give u is for a dam barbie doll.

This place is disgusting, the store owner Gina is extremely rude. I came to her to complain about the burrito having a cockroach in it and she throw the food over the counter. Please do not come to this restaurant !!!

Nothing special, food was meh. I love Mexican, and I tend to learn more towards the authentic places. But if you're not picky with that kind of stuff, this will work.

I just don't understand how people don't understand the severity of allergies. There was cross contamination of food going on right in front of me. I could only imagine what happens normally. I don't usually get food for myself, but I did this evening. I asked the lady to change her gloves because I'm allergic to guacamole, and she had just touched it. I wanted shredded cheese on my taco and had to ask for cheese from a new batch. She had used her guac gloves to press down on the cheese. I don't like that this goes on and probably won't order food for myself in the future.

I come here all the time and it is the same price everytime because I get the same thing. Today I noticed I was overcharged for a side of rice and beans. I asked if the price went up and they said no. The manager continued to be rude to me and said "whatever" when I questioned the price. Last time at this place! Such a rude person to ruin someone's experience.
