Refused to let a lobby fully of people use a Groupon, even though there were no exceptions listed for the day we were there. Bar and concession were closed due to lack of staff. Customers were approaching the front desk with complaints about their lanes not working or games ending prematurely. Management was not present or available. We walked out.
They have signs all over stating on Wednesday's it's buy one game get one free but decided they didn't feel like honoring it. I'll take my business elsewhere and you should do the same!
My daughter had her 5th birthday party there this weekend. The was many party packages to choose from. They had several safety measures in place that made everyone feel comfortable in their establishment. The staff work with me with our constant changes and were very helpful throughout the whole process. My daughter and her friends enjoyed the party we would recommend it to friends and family.
