Everything is made to perfection. The staff is awesome. They know me, and what I drink. The place is kept super clean. My suggestion would be more delivery days offered. Maybe a couple hours each day ..
And the new ordering system is not convenient at all. I don't think I would ever place an order thru there. It's too confusing. Just the way it's organized. No I have to search thru the whole inventory or list of items before I get to the one I like ...

I LOVE 3TK Massena! the staff know me and already know exactly what I like, they’re always so friendly and welcoming they make the environment so inviting. If I have any questions or if I’m looking for any advice on what to get they’re very helpful and accommodating. My personal favorite is Just Peachy, which was recommended to me from one of the staff, also the peanut butter balls are delicious! Lit Teas have become a part of my daily routine I highly recommend trying them...read full review
