Place is always dirty, food always takes forever but somehow is ALWAYS cold and tastes like it’s been sitting out for hours. Building looks like it’s about ready to fall apart! Just terrible.

This service sucks they take 10 minutes to cook a single egg and now I’m 20 minutes late for my tournament and some of the machines need to be cleaned and the only good things are the Hersheys pie and hash browns.

Flies all over. Stay away.
1 start is to much for this place. Ate their yesterday. Messed our order up on several different items to start. Then we sit down to eat and have to battle with waves of flies while trying to eat. Then my 7 year old daughter and 4 year old grand daughter said their milk tasted funny. I look at their milks and both milks expired almost 2 weeks ago. Place is very dirty and poor service. Seen milks other orders messed up and people getting refund for bad food while I was there. I will not return. Burger King needs to major overhaul this one.

Spend 20 mins at the register without even being acknowledged. Staff did not use proper hygiene either. It's a dirty place.

They can't make up their minds if you want to use the drive thru or go inside but they'll sure be rude about it as well. Don't recommend going there this place needs to be shut down.

Not enough staff there or I don't know what's going on because they are super duper slow. They can't make up their minds if they don't want people to go inside the restaurant or the drive thru. Their computers/cash registers are probably as run down as the whole place is. Waited half an hour in the drive thru for mozzarella fries and chicken fries. Long waits even to get a Doordash order completed when it should already be made before the dasher showing up. Their AC unit is still out in the building and it's like a sauna in there.

They are just unreliable. You cannot make plans to go to Burger King in Massena any more. I went there on Thursday at 1am and the lobby was closed. I also could not place an order online for some reason and I think the worst part is they don’t even bother to put a sign on the door saying that the lobby is closed go through drive-thru, they make everybody get out of the car walk up to the door and jiggle it how lazy is that? They can’t make a sign. That same day I went to McDonald’s there were no less than 20 cars on McDonald’s property, and at Burger King that was one car in drive-through. I was a manager there back in the mid 90s and we ran a way better Burger King than the people that are doing it now. I would bet somebody $1000 that if I had two months I could straighten that place out and make it like every other Burger King in America.

They don't recognize that not everyone wants to be their friend. Some people just want to work and go home. Terrible maintenance to the building. Gas leaks, employee's break the equipment god aweful.
I'm embarrassed to say I gave this LLC a chance. They don't recognize skills or appreciate or value workers unless they are "family"
