My wife and I don't eat here regularly but when we are here for breakfast it's always been HOT and how we ordered, if not simply going back around the drive thru and the staff magically fixes the issue without question. Recently had a HORENDOUS few visits at the potsdam location.. they could definitely learn a few things from massena!

Was passing through so figured what the heck. Glad I stopped. Food was delicious and loved the deals. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful helping us decide. I will definitely stop on my next trip though the area.

Having managed multiple fast food restaurants myself I was APPALLED at the customer service my family received. I brought my own kid along with my nieces and nephews to treat them to something easy to eat. Spent $80 and the girl that took our order was so rude and short with me never once said have a good day or how are you and at first I brushed it off that maybe she was having a bad day which I totally understand we all do but then when my fiancé went to grab our food and she legit THREW it on the counter to him I was done! I get that it can be a little irritable when someone comes in with a large order but if you don’t want to deal with it then find a new job cuz I will NOT be returning to this location nor recommending it to any of my friends and family. This happened at 2pm on Saturday 10/18. I didn’t catch her name because she wasn’t wearing a tag but middle aged woman with brown hair. I never complain about bad service but this was WORSE than bad service. Literally the worst service I have ever received in my life so far.

This Burger King is in terrible disrepair, they have not had air conditioning for weeks, the inside and outside is horrible. The men's bathroom, the ceiling is flaking, and falling on the floor. They have had all the doors and windows open, to get air inside, but the flies, are all over. The girl at the counter wad soaked, from sweating. The worst BURGER KING EVER.
