I made my way to Hardy’s bakery last evening arriving at 6:53 in hopes of grabbing treats for my children! We pulled in and saw the “open” flag still waving in the air and lights were on and we celebrated that we made it there just in time after a long drive home.
I’ll have you know my children were sent out because the employee couldn’t muster the energy to put down the broom and work the cash register. Employee stated to my children that she was closing up. Would she have said that to a group of 5 adults walking in at 6:53… or did she have no issue turning them away because they were kids?
If business hours end at 6:53pm, then the business should post that… Instead, this business clearly advertises closing at 7pm.
We certainly won’t patronize this business again. I would be furious if this was my business and my employee turned away customers who wanted to support my small business by putting a smile on a few kids’ faces.
Also, I let the business owner know on messenger and she read it and IGNORED IT.

The Invisible One
I love this place! It’s so cute 🥰. It’s a great place to take your family or your girlfriend. They did a great job with the presentation, service has been perfect all 3 times I have been here, the food and drinks are delicious and the prices are reasonable. I think the two most striking things are the drinks and the staff. They have some really darn good staff: polite, accommodating, friendly and helpful. Two of the women in particular make you feel like you just arrived at a luxury resort in The Dominican Republic 😇😇☺️☺️👏🏽👏🏽. The coffees and other drinks are really good tasting, too, far beyond the norm 😋😋😋.

Boba lemonade drink, Smores latte, Asiago bagel, sugar cookie with yummy icing, funfetti cupcake and even a bunch of doggie treats since we traveled from Florida here with our 2 dogs plus my parents have 3 dogs 🫶🏼

This place is a gem! Amazing service and food! Stay for breakfast, you won't regret it. The hash brown casserole is delicious. The hot latte is perfect! We can't wait to come back!

If you haven't tried Hardy's Kitchen & Bake Co dinner experience, I highly suggest you do this weekend! Call or fill out the online reservation form, where if you have any food restrictions,you can let them know, or if you're having a special event like birthday or anniversary. Without giving too many pleasant surprises away, know that we went in casual wear, and not once felt out of place with the fancy foods and drinks. Their staff is very welcoming and accommodating. My husband is very picky and doesn't like new things, he came out as stuffed as our bacon wrapped dates! Even trying a fancy cherry vanilla fizzy drink, that was just fizzy enough. I had the pasta primavera and Roy had the Chicken Rollatini as our main entrees, but we had a number of surprises beforehand, that satisfied our taste buds throughout the evening. So if you're looking for some fancy foods, some nice cocktails, pleasant and quaint atmosphere,where you will be treated like the only customers in the room, go to Hardy's for their dinner service. Sit back,relax and chat with someone you love❤️ ps compliments to Chef Russ and his kitchen crew as well!

It took me a while to realize that this spot was here, but once I discovered it I realized that there was a great selection of baked goods. Creative and delicious. You can tell just by looking at the food that it’s going to be delicious. I discovered that they are going to start serving dinner, I was able to look at the menu and I am excited to try it soon! This place is exactly what Massena needs for those looking for great option other than all of the fast food in town. Be sure to grab some macarons when you stop in!
