Rosario's Deli is a busy, family-run spot with a constant flow of delivery cars. While some dishes may not meet expectations, such as the wings, which were described as dark and sour, the pizza is a standout. The ATOMIC bone-in wings are especially praised as phenomenal, with one customer noting that the owner was friendly and made them feel welcome despite being busy. The pizza is delicious, with a generous amount of cheese that can be overwhelming but still tasty. The restaurant offers great prices, with a pizza costing around $17, which is much cheaper compared to Syracuse prices. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the place is known for its good service and tasty food. Rosario's remains the best in Massena, despite some minor issues with food and staff.
