“Staff are always friendly. The last few times it seems they have gotten very generous with the amount of cheese on the pizza. Even when asking for light on the cheese the pizza still comes out with a lot of cheese on the pizza. The pizza tastes delicious just too much cheese. For the great price you get for the pizza the amount of cheese they’re using has to cut into how much they are making on the pizza. Will try to ask for extra light cheese next time. Still the best pizza in Massena here at Rosario’s.“

The waite staff are prompt, friendly, the food comes to you in a decent amount of time even when they are packed, love the booth seating, pricing is very good for amount and quality of food. “What excellent service and an amazing dinner ! The prime rib and steak seleciton was to perfection. Absolutely delicious. We have been to many steak houses, expensive restaurants and this meal outdid them all. We came as a family, at the recommendation of some of the Potsdam hockey team players . “So I am a out of state truck driver and I decided to order a delivery from them since I was waiting to get loaded at the North County Dairy factory and OMG was the pizza amazing. Not only that but when I called to order the lady said it would take like 40 minutes to deliver and the guy was here before that. I will definitely be eating from here again if im in the area.“

We were pleased with the entire night.I had been in contact with the owner over the phone when I made reservations and they were friendly over the phone. Well that continued upon arrival. We were greeted very hospitably and being Italian we chatted about our common ancestry. The server was very helpful with the entire ordering process including the special attention she gave to my wife with food allergies (they have gluten free pasta and dairy options).The food was excellent. Between the six of us we had pasta with fish, chicken, home-made sausage, alfredo and tomato sauce. Besides being the main chef, our server told us Paolo actually touches every dish before it leaves the kitchen, it won't leave without his approval.Considering the quality and taste of the food and service we received, Casa Paolo is a 5 star experience without the high price. “My family and I were in Cornwall for a 3 day convention. Initially we wanted something “different” but settled on something easy. I know it’s a chain restaurant so the pizza is predictable, but you can tell this location cares about what they are doing! The best chain pizza I’ve had. Sebastian is great!
