“Superb evening! The tuna tartare was excellent and refreshing, accompanied by soft focaccia. Guinea fowl pappadelle and duck confit tortellini offer a unique and very refined experience in the mouth. Very good wines. “Came in last night for my girlfriend’s birthday and had an excellent time. The pizza was fantastic. Our drinks were very well made, excellent boulevardier. I’m not usually a a big fan of olives but the olive and salami appetizer was fantastic as well. Love that they source from Luciano’s. Fantastic little spot with a great atmosphere.“

“I heard alot about this place so I decided to give it a try.
The portion is small but tasty. The tiramisu is different...not your typical and not my favorite.
The beer options are mostly hoppy ipa. The garlic bread is 4 bites maybe 6, but it's only 1.50.
It is a nice place to try but for the money ? I don't feel that the dollar goes far at this location, you will most likely leave hungry.
It may look like you have a full bowl of food but the dish is shallow and deceiving.“

“Had a good time trying pizza nerds after hearing a lot about it from friends. We were 3 people and shared 2 pizzas - each of us had 4 slices which was optimal. Arlington - donair was delicious and I highly recommend! Argyle - steak was alright, we changed from the tomato sauce base to white sauce which they were able to accommodate. Their donair and chili garlic dips are a must try! I suggest dining in as it’s best when fresh out of the oven.“

“I visited recently with my extended family for my aunt’s celebration of life. The staff were amazingly considerate to our needs. My son and I have a number of anaphylactic allergies, which we made the staff aware of in advance. The staff were so kind as to point out which items would be safe for my son, and which to steer clear of. I then asked if they might be able to make me a dish that was no longer on their menu, and they obliged. It was just as delicious, if not better than I had remembered! 10/10 service, and 10/10+ food! We’ll be back soon, my son is still talking about the delicious Mac and cheese!“

“The food and servers were very nice. East Side is usually a safe option where the food is good. This time I tried the calamari and it wasn’t rubbery! The sauce that came with it is good too. I also like their sangrias!

My main concern with the place is how severely understaffed it is. Management needs to fix this issue because I feel bad for staff every time I come to East Side’s.

“One of the best pizzas I’ve had in our neighbourhood.

The guy at the counter was pleasant to chat with and recommended the right pizza for us. We were in the mood to have a spicy pizza and the tandoori chicken pizza was a perfect match.

I wish I had taken a picture but the pizza was put together very nicely. The base was crunchy and pizza was surprisingly fresh, well-balanced and delicious even though we had it after a short gap.

I generally choose to build my own pizza, but this restaurant has many interesting combinations to choose from. I will be sure to try more options in the future.“
