“It was my wedding anniversary today, and I swung by Pizza Hut to grab dinner for my family. The staff there were super friendly and absolutely on point — they even slipped me a cute little note saying “Happy Anniversary,” which honestly made my day. The vibe was great, the service was top-notch, and that new Garlic Parmesan Stuffed Crust was next level. Big shout-out to the team for making the whole experience feel extra special!“

“It's a very welcoming, and nice place! The owner and staff were friendly, and willing to chat. There's an assortment of core western/central African food, as well as some American appetizers. I ordered Goat, kwanga, and plantains. Good portion sizes, well seasoned, and good taste. I would definitely recommend this place.“

Not only is it clean and renovated very nicely, the customer service was incredible. unfortunately I'm not the best with remembering names, however the young lady that helped me was just amazing. The cooks were also great and very friendly. The food was absolutely amazing! The chef whos name begins with a J...was on point. I ordered the sausage pie. The dough on this pie was fresh, savory and left me wanting more and more..Every ingredient just went well with the other.( wishing I ordered more😋) The daily soup was also Fantastic 😋. I highly recommend this place and will certainly be back. Being in the food industry myself and being a cook/chef for 15 years of my life, this was a very pleasant surprise and its just down the road. 👏 Great job to everyone there and look forward to seeing you in my next visit. support local 😇“

“The place is really small! Not suited for a large group. Got seated outside. A little noisy with all the foot traffic and cars.

Food was really good! Got JJ noodles and it was really good. Good portions. Could have used more pork. Also got the whole chicken (snow cheese) and it was really good as well. Nice and crunchy! Would have liked some more sauce with it or to dip on the side. And could have used more mu or radish pickles.

Service. Unfortunately it was really busy for Tulip Festival weekend. And it was quite a wait for the food to come.

There was one young waitress who was really friendly and bubbly that kept us entertained/engaged. Don’t get her name.

“Love their vegan pizza and happy to see it offered! But make sure to unclick dairy cheese and add non-dairy cheese when ordering online. Also love their Tuesday specials and the fact that ordering online also allows you to remove unwanted toppings from their specific pies. Why waste toppings you're going to pick off anyway. I was also impressed that they called me to make sure my order was correct when I removed 4 of the toppings. That's excellent service! I've ordered by phone and online and both were easy and accurate. Happy to see they are a chain in multiple cities.“

Honestly the place looks pretty sketchy at 12:30am on a Sunday morning, but probably the best pizza I've had in years, maybe ever. “Went to get some pizza with 4 young kids and we decided to eat inside. First off, the pizza was incredible! So delicious and fresh. And secondly, Gurpreet is an EXCELLENT employee. He was so friendly and welcoming and good with the kids. Thank you Gurpreet for such a wonderful experience and delicious pizza and wings. You have a wonderful employee in Gurpreet, please keep him happy!“

“Pizza Pizza may not be very different from other big pizza brands, but for me, it holds a special place. It was the first pizza I ever ordered in Ottawa, all the way back when I arrived 25 years ago. I still remember that moment — the warm, freshly baked slice, the simple flavour, and the feeling of something new and comforting at the same time.

Even though I have many other pizza options now, I still find myself coming back here for that memory. Next time I’ll add some photos too.

“By far the best take-out/delivery pizza place. I grew up out in BC where Panago was everywhere - kinda like Pizza Pizza is in Ontario. But the difference between Panago and Pizza Pizza is the quality. Panago crust is crispy yet soft, the toppings generous, and the flavour is just right! Was so excited to find one in Ottawa... hoping they will open a location in the east end - Orleans. If they do, I will never buy pizza from anywhere else again! 5 stars“

“The pizzas served here are excellent. Its simple food, nothing fancy simple, fresh ingredients that taste good. The counter service is friendly and quick.
Gloucester Centre has a nice food court and dine in area is open and convenient. The Blair O station and the bus station are both conveniently located and its the right place for a quick snack as you go your way.“

“The atmosphere is a little bit of a turn off for me, their tables are made of a circular slab of wood on top of a oil barrel, theirs usually flies flying around. But on the other hand, their fried chicken may or may not be some of the best fried chicken I've ever had. As for the service, I have no complaints about it.“

Plus with the strict serving restricitions in place for restaurants to be able to serve public... 4 customers to be in store at a time well there was more than 4 and it seems to be more of a social club /party (8 young people ... teens maybe early 20's there and no masks on even though it states no masks no entry on a notes thru out the location). Anyhow the HUNT CLUB RD LOCATION ...I would not recommend due to the lack of service and health and safety violations i saw yesterday!“

“-.- By far the best PizzaPizza in the city. I’m super addicted to large 2 topping. Plant based Pepperoni and ground beef. Sometimes with a touch of a veggie option as well. The DT location is also a very popular spot due to the high demand of food in that region and location. I’m usually their twice a month. I like fresh pop from time to time but I’m mostly stick to Dasani water now.

People are super nice and I'd give 5 stars for atmosphere but only if you add a disco ball or something (let's face it it's made practical for the purpose of having people take their pizza and leave I shouldn't judge).“

“On the scene at Bank Shawarma & Poutine: sandwich ordered, crispy chicken ready to be sliced, generous hummus and toum dolled out on the pita; but then things go awry. An overly large fistful of lettuce hogs the space, and the remaining veggies are too concentrated in the center of the wrap. The distribution is off, man, and so the per-bite-delight takes a hit. Shawarma lovers recognize when the sandwich components are properly distributed.

Still, it was good. But doesn’t rank high for me within the ultra-competitive Ottawa Shawamra scene.“

“I’m from Toronto and I was visiting Gatineau when I decided to stop by Pizza Hut on Portage. I was honestly very impressed by the experience. The restaurant was clean, the staff were friendly and professional, and the service was quick even though it seemed busy.

The food was fresh, hot, and prepared exactly the way I wanted. You can tell the team works hard to keep the quality high and make customers feel welcome. It’s not always easy to find a place that is both fast and consistent, but this location definitely stands out.

If I come back to Gatineau, I will definitely visit again. Great job to the whole team!“
