“It was my wedding anniversary today, and I swung by Pizza Hut to grab dinner for my family. The staff there were super friendly and absolutely on point — they even slipped me a cute little note saying “Happy Anniversary,” which honestly made my day. The vibe was great, the service was top-notch, and that new Garlic Parmesan Stuffed Crust was next level. Big shout-out to the team for making the whole experience feel extra special!“

“It's a very welcoming, and nice place! The owner and staff were friendly, and willing to chat. There's an assortment of core western/central African food, as well as some American appetizers. I ordered Goat, kwanga, and plantains. Good portion sizes, well seasoned, and good taste. I would definitely recommend this place.“

“I had the pleasure of eating at their second location this evening.(carling ave.) ordered take out. My incredible experience started from the second I walked into this place. Not only is it clean and renovated very nicely, the customer service was incredible. unfortunately I'm not the best with remembering names, however the young lady that helped me was just amazing. The cooks were also great and very friendly. The food was absolutely amazing! The chef whos name begins with a J...was on point. I ordered the sausage pie. The dough on this pie was fresh, savory and left me wanting more and more..Every ingredient just went well with the other.( wishing I ordered more😋) The daily soup was also Fantastic 😋. I highly recommend this place and will certainly be back. Being in the food industry myself and being a cook/chef for 15 years of my life, this was a very pleasant surprise and its just down the road. 👏 Great job to everyone there and look forward to seeing you in my next visit. support local 😇“

“Food overall is good taste wise, staff is nice and friendly but got size wrong on bonesless wings. Luckily they didn't charge me incorrectly but could not wait for them to remake.

$12 for 6 boneless wings feels so so bad in value.

“Chose this place after a long wait at CHEO when my son broke his arm. Honestly the place looks pretty sketchy at 12:30am on a Sunday morning, but probably the best pizza I've had in years, maybe ever. I honestly can't remember the last pizza I've had that was this good. Definitely 💯 going back, just might go before 8pm. Being from the west, I hope to see one out here one day.“

“It is a standard pizza pizza with approximately 5-7 cars parking facility alone. Pizza was baked good, but I felt the size was little small as compared to other pizza pizza outlets. The dough was super fresh. Try the plant based pepperoni pizza for veggies options. Keep an eye on the wrong addict people near to the parking.“

“Pizza Pizza may not be very different from other big pizza brands, but for me, it holds a special place. It was the first pizza I ever ordered in Ottawa, all the way back when I arrived 25 years ago. I still remember that moment — the warm, freshly baked slice, the simple flavour, and the feeling of something new and comforting at the same time.

Even though I have many other pizza options now, I still find myself coming back here for that memory. Next time I’ll add some photos too.

“Alex was absolutely amazing! It was around 10:50 p.m., and so many places were already closed, making it really hard to find something good to eat. We were so grateful that Alex still took our order.

He patiently made our fried chicken and took the time to explain the differences between all the flavors, which made it so much easier for us to choose. His friendly attitude and great customer service really made our night. The chicken was delicious, and we’ll definitely be coming back. “By far the best take-out/delivery pizza place. I grew up out in BC where Panago was everywhere - kinda like Pizza Pizza is in Ontario. But the difference between Panago and Pizza Pizza is the quality. Panago crust is crispy yet soft, the toppings generous, and the flavour is just right! Was so excited to find one in Ottawa... hoping they will open a location in the east end - Orleans. If they do, I will never buy pizza from anywhere else again! 5 stars“

“Love the chicken but a few employees at the Hunt club rd Ottawa On location need to learn how to count ... been there 3 times since reopening (after the pandemic and even before it) They seem to short change me on my 5 piece tender combos the last 2 times visiting that store... i got 3 small pieces and hardly any fries and always missing the blackened ranch dip sauces thats in my meal and my husband's meal, he ordered the same 5 piece combo tenders with fries with the blackened ranch dips and he received 2 large pieces of tenders and half a box of fries and missing his biscuits. well the hunt club rd was to far to go back to complain (we bought our meal on the drive home from shopping yesterday and waited to eat at home). Plus with the strict serving restricitions in place for restaurants to be able to serve public... 4 customers to be in store at a time well there was more than 4 and it seems to be more of a social club /party (8 young people ... teens maybe early 20's there and no masks on even though it states no masks no entry on a notes thru out the location). Anyhow the HUNT CLUB RD LOCATION ...I would not recommend due to the lack of service and health and safety violations i saw yesterday!“

An overly large fistful of lettuce hogs the space, and the remaining veggies are too concentrated in the center of the wrap. The distribution is off, man, and so the per-bite-delight takes a hit. Shawarma lovers recognize when the sandwich components are properly distributed.

Still, it was good. But doesn’t rank high for me within the ultra-competitive Ottawa Shawamra scene.“

“I’m from Toronto and I was visiting Gatineau when I decided to stop by Pizza Hut on Portage. I was honestly very impressed by the experience. The restaurant was clean, the staff were friendly and professional, and the service was quick even though it seemed busy.

The food was fresh, hot, and prepared exactly the way I wanted. You can tell the team works hard to keep the quality high and make customers feel welcome. It’s not always easy to find a place that is both fast and consistent, but this location definitely stands out.

If I come back to Gatineau, I will definitely visit again. Great job to the whole team!“
