Tangerine Pizza is considered the best Ottawa style pizza hands down, a real hidden gem. The owners and staff are friendly, passionate, super nice, amazing, and go above and beyond, making the experience that much better. The food is outstanding, excellent, and amazing. It is now a go-to spot for many, even remaining a favourite compared to pizza in other cities.
The pizza is delicious, fantastic, and extremely tasty, with a phenomenal, hearty, and thick crust. There is a hint of cheese in the crust, and the dough and tomato sauce recipe are what makes it the best. Unlike other ‘stacked’ pizzas, the plentiful toppings don’t fall off. The pepperoni and Hawaiian pizzas are fantastic. An XL or L pizza is incredibly filling, with two pizzas weighing 2-3kg; one or two slices are plenty for one person. It is enough for two or three days' worth of pizza, so you absolutely get your money's worth. Prices are reasonable when you consider how filling it is.
The garlic dipping sauce is a must, unbelievable, and would make any shawarma place jealous. The wings are also perfect and fire. The combo comes with soup and drinks. It is highly recommended to get an XL sized pie for a delicious experience.
