“If you're looking for authentic Polish Food with a Canadian twist this is the place to be. Whether it's a Bacon Fried Onion Poutine or Homemade Meat, Cheddar or Sauerkraut and Mushroom Pierogies this small but wholesome food truck has it all. The staff is extremely friendly and makes everyone feel included. Pet friendly and good parking. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend.”

I’ve tried so many falafel places in Ottawa that I’ve lost count, and this one is by far the best. Everything tastes incredibly fresh and flavorful. The owners are also super sweet and welcoming. It feels like you’re entering their home, and they treat you like family.

The shawarma was excellent as well and had a delicious homemade taste.

This will definitely be my go-to spot for falafel sandwiches from now on!”

“We had an amazing experience. Came in from Montreal just to try this and ordered a mix of everything. We were not disappointed. The doubles were great, the jerk chicken rice and peas hit the right spot! The curry chicken and curry goat was delicious. Strongly recommend you go and try the food there. You will be happy you did. Thumbs up to the owners !”

“We were a larger group yesterday arriving for an early lunch. We were lucky to have Riley as our waiter who we were told, was just starting out. Although I had worked as a waitress myself, and later on taught Customer Service for many years, I would not have guessed that Riley was new. He was personable, friendly and polite, quickly built rapport with all of us while ensuring that everybody's needs were taken care of in a timely manner. In addition, I noticed that Riley scanned the room at all times, as a good waiter should, but many waiters rarely do. Good luck to you, Riley, and good on you, East Side Mario's for having him on your team! We will be back for sure.”

“I absolutely love going into this place as the food is absolutely the very best I have tasted with all the flavours coming together nicely to satisfy anyone. The portion size is generous, the salad is very fresh and I think the service is fantastic. Definitely a spot worth visiting if you want great food at a good price. I am glad they survived the pandemic as you can see the pride in the products they serve!”

“So this was my first introduction to Happy Goat back in 2024. The barista working there was a really great conversationalist and I befriended her then I believe.

I haven't seen here there when I moved in a month ago but the baristas that are there now are just as good, and the coffee is still as good.

It's in the station so the vibe is just ok (I don't think that can be fixed due to location). The coffee shop is geared for take outs and that coffee you need when you need to get to work.”
