“We were a larger group yesterday arriving for an early lunch. We were lucky to have Riley as our waiter who we were told, was just starting out. Although I had worked as a waitress myself, and later on taught Customer Service for many years, I would not have guessed that Riley was new. He was personable, friendly and polite, quickly built rapport with all of us while ensuring that everybody's needs were taken care of in a timely manner. In addition, I noticed that Riley scanned the room at all times, as a good waiter should, but many waiters rarely do. Good luck to you, Riley, and good on you, East Side Mario's for having him on your team! We will be back for sure.“

“Nothing to say except it was very good. Good was awesome. Philly sandwich and the jalapeños poppers were heavenly. Dessert was fine but a little small. Service was top notch and the ambiance was great especially when there a match on the TVs. A bit expensive but for the quantity and quality it perfect“
