He’s friendly without being over the top, and you can tell he actually cares about making sure customers are happy. He remembers little details from previous visits, which makes it feel more personal.

On top of that, he’s quick and efficient — even when the place is busy, he manages to stay calm and keep things moving. The pizza always comes out hot and fresh, and he’s happy to answer questions or make suggestions.

Overall, Ben adds a lot to the atmosphere of the place. Good food is important, but good service makes the difference, and Ben definitely delivers on that.“

“I would like to take the time to really praise this location. They deserve a big shout out and I can't say enough great things about them. I had a really great experience overall with this restaurant. Initially, we had a hiccup with our order. Not only was this resteraunt so quick and attentive to a customer reaching out, they went above and beyond to make it up to us and have us happy and feeling like valued customers. I really have to praise this level of customer service and care for customers. You don't always encounter that with some resteraunts in my past experience, so it was such a pleasant surprise. A big shout out to Younis and his team for working hard and being dedicated to what they do and serving their customers. We loved the food and service. The pizza's come with good fresh toppings and a good helping of cheese! Delivery was quick as well. We will definitely be repeat customers as we feel we found our new pizza place! “My wife and I hired Keerthi to design and make the wedding cake for our October wedding, and I couldn't be happier with the warmth and care that she put into making sure the cake was just perfect for us! We tried quite a few flavours and ended up sticking with the maple apple cake, which went along with the fall vibes of the wedding perfectly! I was worried that our request for a black cake would be difficult to pull off, but she knocked it out of the park and the guests at our wedding were RAVING about it.

“Yup you just found the last shawarma place you’ll ever have to go to. There is no doubt in my mind that this is ottawas best hidden shawarma gem.
Been going here the last year and it is flawless food. Last night I ordered around 930 pm when they close at 10 and the food was just as fresh as it would have been at noon.

“Tonight was my first time there. Once I got up the stairs (puff puff 😁) I joined the group I was meeting. There was cold water waiting. In no time at all, we were given food menus followed by the alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. I didn’t understand a couple of the food descriptions and our Server, Felix, was quick to explain without me feeling like a dope. I ordered a plate (started with a “B”) because it included three differently tasting items. And, a bottle of white wine. The whole group was pleased with the timely delivery of their meals. Mine was delicious - one hot spicy, one less spicy and one full of flavours. Plus, rice, purple cabbage (!) and beans. Everyone liked their menu choices. The portions were large. We ate, not feeling rushed at all. Felix asked if we’d like to take home what was left on our plates…”yes please” and brought take home boxes. I said “I guess the rest of the wine stays here LOL”. Well, Felix just said “no - I can take care of that for you” and he did ! I came home with second dinner - food & wine ! Kudos to Felix and Casa Mexicana for hiring him. The toppings were incredibly fresh and generously portioned, and the cheese was melted to perfection with just the right amount of stretch. “We went to East Side Mario’s in Bells Corners today for my son’s 3rd birthday and it was awesome. They made him feel really special on his day. The food was amazing as per always. “My Better Half and myself were about to go order a couple pizzas when I noticed Pirho Grill. It looked interesting and she wanted to see what they offered. Since it's Friday, she does not eat meat. She loved the idea that you could build your own bowl and went for the All the Veggies. she especially like the Vegan Baked Zucchini cakes. Myself I got the Spicy lamb Meatballs. Our meals were excellent. She loved it. Told me it was much better than the Cheese or Vegetarian pizza she normally gets on these days and that'll become our goto place on Wednesdays (another day she does not eat meat) and Fridays. Place suits us both as we both can have what we want and eat healthy. She was especially happy with the Staff who were courteous and helpful with explanations and suggestions. Now, if you add some sort of fish to the menu, she'll be in Heaven :P Highly Recommend the place.“

“I have no complain about the food. It is what every quick serving restaurant franchise is. The pizza and the overall tastes decent. The location is good and I have been there 4-5 times, only for takeouts. But recently, I had a bad experience.
I live nearby, ordered a BOGO pizza through Uber Eats for pickup. The woman at the counter immediately assumed I was a delivery driver (nothing wrong with that, and they deserve equal respect, too).
She snapped at me to prove I’d “received” the order on my phone, before she’d even handed me anything. I calmly explained it was for me, I am not a delivery driver, and that I’d confirm once I actually had the pizza in hand. Apparently, that was the wrong answer.
She stormed off in a huff, left my pizza sitting there getting cold for several minutes, ignored me when I asked for it, and then eventually gave it when she felt like it.“

Dinner for 2 plus 2 non alcoholic drinks (I was driving us) came to $44 taxes in. We go there all the time so I gave a nice tip. The owner/manager and staff are amazing. And the new menu *(after covid limited menu) is really fantastic. We are trying something new every time. Tonight I tried chicken tacos and she had a huge bowl of poutine. Both were amazing. Deffo recommended! (Unfortunately I couldn't get a pic of the dishes, my phone was near dead and I needed it to pay as I forgot my purse but they then charged my phone for me!!)“

“This place has a relaxed, welcoming vibe whether you’re a seasoned sailor or just dropping by for the view. The marina is well-kept, and the sunsets over the water are gorgeous. I like how the clubhouse has decent food and a casual patio. Downsides? It’s not super beginner-friendly unless you’re joining a program, and parking can be tight during events. Still, it’s a solid spot to unwind by the water or get out on a boat.“

“Recently took a trip to ottawa to visit my nephew and we decided to do some shopping at bayshore mall. I hadn't tried bar burrito in a long time and I was blown away by the flavours and service. I usually dont like spicey food because sometimes my dish ends up being too spicey, but the people behind the counter were very helpful in explaining how spicey each sauce was.“

“We just left here and the first thing I did when I arrived home was to sit down to write this review.

We were a party of 4 and arrived to a line up. We were told it would be approximately a 30 minute wait but we were seated in less than 10 minutes. So far so good.

Then we met our server, Afton, and our visit got much better. She was pleasant, accommodating, efficient, answered all of many questions with a smile. Nothing was too much to ask. We all agreed that she was one of the best servers we had ever met, and weez old so we know what what weez talking about!

The food was fresh, plentiful, and served hot with a 😃.

It is so true that one person can make or break a night. We were fortunate and are grateful for our experience.

Without a doubt we will be back and we sincerely hope we get to see Afton again!“
