“Had the lemon/blueberry ice cream at the new Carleton Place location. Simply amazing!! I went back to take some home but they had run out 2 days in a row. Too bad because I live in Mississauga. I have to agree with another review about the waffle cones. They are too thin and crack but otherwise good job!“
“I used to walk by this little shop assuming that they did not carry any vegan options. To my pleasant surprise, I was told that they did. I have come here twice now. I have tried different vegan flavours and they have all been very rich and delicious!“
“It's a hole in the wall, literally. But it's a good hole in the wall! Kids enjoy coming here and it's great to have a neighborhood place. The ice cream is good. Had a hot fudge sundae and they give a good amount of hot fudge. Love that last bit of fudge when you run out of ice cream. Feels like you will have a sugar overdose lol!“
“We went last night with some friends and their kids to Chocolat Favoris and I can’t recommend this place enough. Everything was really delicious and generous, they have vegan options which I didn’t know and they are as delicious as diary products. The staff was extremely friendly, always smiling and very helpful. They have been very patient with the kids and it was lovely.I really enjoyed the experience, would definitely go back. Especially the apple fritters!Can you see the giant chunks of apples?!They are so soft and gooey that they are actually juicy, especially if you're like me and go when they first open so they are still warm!As an added bonus, the owner is incredible at this location!I look forward to going back for more Apple Fritters! :)“
“Slow service at the checkout, so much so that unfamiliar people passed me while I was selecting chocolates only to be taunted by the cashier who made them come back by insulting them and telling them that they were thinking of being served earlier as they passed by. in the empty space and its absence from the cash register. It had already taken me 5 minutes to wait for a single customer before me..“
“Dairy Queen Bells Corners saved my son's birthday! I needed an urgent cake and they went above and beyond to not only ensure we had a cake, but they were able to customize the cake for me on an extremely tight timeline. I called and ordered at 10:30pm, and they were able to accommodate a custom cake for the following morning at 11am. Such amazing service, I can't thank Meet and his team enough. Service was impeccable, cake was perfect! Highly recommend them!“
“I have heard only good things about JoJo's. However, I have been to the Manotick location twice now and both times they have only had vanilla-based flavours on their menu (other than plain chocolate) which I consider poor menu planning. I really only like chocolate flavours so I was very disappointed. I would suggest posting your menu for the day to social media so people don't waste their time making the trip only to find the menu isn't offering anything they want.“
