“We went last night with some friends and their kids to Chocolat Favoris and I can’t recommend this place enough. Everything was really delicious and generous, they have vegan options which I didn’t know and they are as delicious as diary products. The staff was extremely friendly, always smiling and very helpful. They have been very patient with the kids and it was lovely.I really enjoyed the experience, would definitely go back. Totally recommend this place (keep up going with the great job!)“

Especially the apple fritters!Can you see the giant chunks of apples?!They are so soft and gooey that they are actually juicy, especially if you're like me and go when they first open so they are still warm!As an added bonus, the owner is incredible at this location!I look forward to going back for more Apple Fritters! :)“

Ownership on the other hand wouldn't recognize good customer service if it walked through the front door and introduced its self.It’s a shame really, I Love BR ice cream and cake. “I stopped in for lunch today. The food was exactly what I expected. What I didn't expect to see was Spencer serving two people, one had downs syndrome. They were wanting to know the sugar content of blizzards, soft drinks and dilly bars. he pulled out the information, made recomemdions of what would be the best choice. He took a lot of time with them and he is to be recognized for excellent customer service!“
“We went to try the rolled ice cream. Other items on the menu were not explained and the photos did not really help. If you're not familiar with these desserts which appear either Middle Eastern or South Asian, make sure you bring your food so you can google the dishes. Out server was unable to explain any of it to us in English. The ice cream was quite good, and watching him make it on the cold slab was entertaining. One cup of rolled used cream was about $9.“
“Had the lemon/blueberry ice cream at the new Carleton Place location. Simply amazing!! I went back to take some home but they had run out 2 days in a row. Too bad because I live in Mississauga. I have to agree with another review about the waffle cones. They are too thin and crack but otherwise good job!“

“I have heard only good things about JoJo's. However, I have been to the Manotick location twice now and both times they have only had vanilla-based flavours on their menu (other than plain chocolate) which I consider poor menu planning. I really only like chocolate flavours so I was very disappointed. I would suggest posting your menu for the day to social media so people don't waste their time making the trip only to find the menu isn't offering anything they want.“
“It's a hole in the wall, literally. But it's a good hole in the wall! Kids enjoy coming here and it's great to have a neighborhood place. The ice cream is good. Had a hot fudge sundae and they give a good amount of hot fudge. Love that last bit of fudge when you run out of ice cream. Feels like you will have a sugar overdose lol!“
