Since the pandemic service sucks pretty much everywhere.It’s like employees are hired just to have a living body working for the store. Our experience today was very peppy, friendly, professional and pleasant - I had to stop to say well done guys! So refreshing- this is well above the norm around here:)

We went last night with some friends and their kids to Chocolat Favoris and I can’t recommend this place enough. Everything was really delicious and generous, they have vegan options which I didn’t know and they are as delicious as diary products. The staff was extremely friendly, always smiling and very helpful. They have been very patient with the kids and it was lovely.I really enjoyed the experience, would definitely go back.
