We went last night with some friends and their kids to Chocolat Favoris and I can’t recommend this place enough. Everything was really delicious and generous, they have vegan options which I didn’t know and they are as delicious as diary products. The staff was extremely friendly, always smiling and very helpful. They have been very patient with the kids and it was lovely.I really enjoyed the experience, would definitely go back. Totally recommend this place (keep up going with the great job!)

Bad customer service, asked for a recommendation and didnt like it. After I asked if i could exchange it for something else and they said no which i understand. Later I asked if i could use a coupon and he said no with an attitude. Really bad customer service, wont be coming again.

Since the pandemic service sucks pretty much everywhere.It’s like employees are hired just to have a living body working for the store. Our experience today was very peppy, friendly, professional and pleasant - I had to stop to say well done guys! So refreshing- this is well above the norm around here:)

I took my kids over the weekend for the first time, and we were wowed by the beautiful display of Valentines chocolates and the variety of it all. The best part, however, was being warmly welcomed by the owner, Dey, who provided the kind of customer service that reminds you of a Hallmark movie in a little town. He was warm, kind, conversed with my children, and incredibly helpful. The chocolates are amazing, but he made the experience special. Thank you, Dey!

Amazing! The store is bright, beautiful and clean but nothing compares to the service. The owner is incredibly friendly and personable - an absolute pleasure to chat with. And his suggestion of an Americano taken with nibbles of chocolate was delicious. This is our new favorite location and we will go out of our way to come back.
