Outstanding dinner. The seafood conserva, steak tartare, and pumpkin donuts were all incredible. Great atmosphere, top-tier service, and worth every penny. 5/5.

The seafood dishes are fresh, and the desserts, like the Bunuelos, are a must-try. The friendly and efficient service adds to the overall positive experience, making diners feel like family. The restaurant stands out for its delicious food, creative hand-made dishes, and excellent wine pairings. The staff's knowledge and enthusiasm are evident, making it a place worth visiting, even if it means making the trip from downtown. Reservations are recommended due to the small size of the restaurant. If you're a foodie looking for a unique dining experience, Aperitivo is definitely worth a try. The food was fantastic, with Beef tartare, scallops, mussels, shrimp fritters, and oysters all being great dishes. All dishes were gluten free, no adjustments needed. Aperitivo was a beautiful culinary experience, one of the best in the region. Chef Dompierre and his team provided excellent service. Each dish was well presented and incredible in taste. Diners experienced a really good experience, with very friendly owner and staff, well constructed dishes, reasonable portions, great cocktails, and a nice atmosphere.
