HI, we loved going to Milestones, lately it seems maybe there is new management. The servers are always great and for the most, the food is good. Why have such few staff on in the morning for lbrunch. They were literally run off their feet We felt badly for them. Whatever happened to the french toast!!!
I brought my daughter in on Saturday for her birthday lunch - our server Nicole was just delightful and made her feel special even thought it was very busy and seemed like they were short staffed. The food was ok for what it is.
I don't typically leave reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised by my recent visit. The space was busy, but still comfortable and not overwhelming. I was very surprised by the quality and taste of the filet mignon, which came by way of recommendation of our brilliant server, Nicole. Milestones in Kanata offers a great ambiance and excellent service, making it a popular spot for dining out. The food is consistently good, with favorites like the fish tacos, the pokie bowl, the chicken Shoyu Ramen, and the Thai green curry with shrimp. Staff are very attentive and thoughtful, providing fantastic service and happily accommodating dietary needs.
