“Visited Montana's 13th November 2022 with a group of 7 other people. The atmosphere was good, enjoyed pre-dinner drinks and conversation, followed by our server taking our meal order. She was very efficient and ensured all our needs were met. The order took longer than expected to arrive, and when it did, the food was just warm. We explained to the server who was apologetic, the food was heated to our satisfaction, and enjoyed by all. We were visited by the Manager In order to make sure everything was to our satisfaction, following the issue we had experienced. She very kindly told us she was giving us a reduction on the total price as a sign of goodwill, and also provided free dessert for the group. I would say that was an excellent show of hospitality on the part of Montana's, and we will definitely be arranging future visits.“

“Always receive great service when going for lunch or diner. Special shout out to Rick in the bar. Last night the server was great, real friendly and the service was excellent even though the place was very busy. Overall, great staff, great food !“

“Today was my second time trying this location; first was dine-in with a friend on a week night and today was a take-out. All servers were very knowledgeable about food menu and how food were prepared. What amazed me the most was the pleasant vibe of the server during the dine-in experience. It's late at night, yet, the server was excited to present the menu and offered dessert options in case we changed our minds.
For today, total take-out time was within the 15-16 mins time frame which the server had mentioned. The server was very patient with my questions about the menu. Some people who arrived later than me seemed to have ordered online and were saying that they waited more than 30 minutes. I don't know how the online order works with the pick up timing, but I hope that customers can be more understanding towards evening staffs who probably gave up their weekend night to serve customers. I am thankful that I got to order some food that were available. I would definitely come back to this location for another dine-in or take-out.“

“We love Swiss Chalet and their great specials. The food is delicious. Although, this time the kitchen mixed up our orders and had to send back a couple of plates as veggies were cold. And mixed up the sides of the plates ordered. Usually, all is pretty good food wise so that's the only downside to this visit. Thank you.“

“Atmosphere was good, very quiet when we went in. Guinness was a very good temperature. Music wasn't too loud. Servers were excellent. Food was..ok. my onion rings were very overcooked. My wife had the shepherds pie which was very good and a Greek platter which was also good.“

“Milestones is one of those staple restaurants that I keep coming back to. The menu is consistently solid, but if there’s one thing I rave about every time, it’s the Bellinis. I’m convinced they’re some of the best I’ve had anywhere.

I’ve worked my way through a the menu over the years, and on this visit we started with the feta dip. Absolutely outstanding.

The smash burger was another winner, very juicy, well-seasoned, and exactly what you want from a burger night. The fries were decent, but they felt like they were missing that extra something to make them memorable. Not bad by any means, just not quite on the same level as the rest of the meal.

Service was friendly and attentive throughout the evening, which only added to the experience.

Overall, Milestones continues to be a reliable go-to for good food, great drinks, and a consistently enjoyable dining experience. I’ll definitely be back for another Bellini (or two).“
