“This is my favourite chip truck! I’ve been coming here for over 18 years and it has consistently been 10/10 quality service and delicious food. The owner is so nice, very friendly, gives great portions and is always happy to help. The poutine is my favourite, the fries to cheese to gravy ratio is perfect! Every bite has a great mix of each down to the last one. The Pogos are good, crispy and tasty! The combos offer great value! There’s a great variety of options on the menu! “Yet another Ottawa Go-to restaurant. We chose this place on a whim, and we're not disappointed!Roadhouse describes O'Brien's to a capital T! Dining room area, including good-sized booths, is spacious and inviting. Bar is pretty big with lots of seating. Plenty of screens to watch just about any sports action.I had the Ruben, that used grilled cheese to hold the smoked meat. Very good! Fries were great too. Lots of menu choices that all look great!Service was quick and efficient! Everyone is greater, arriving and leaving. Nice touch.Parking is a bit tight, but worth the effort. The patio looks like it will be a hit in the summer.I will be back when in the area. There are two other restaurants that hopefully are as good as the Roadhouse.“

Very reliable and fairly good option for a vegan or even a vegetarian.The burger meal when ordered on the app/CAA/Scene+ the meal becomes reasonable priced.The burger was made quickly. When there two meals purchased we tend to order one fries and one with onion rings. “Milestones at Pinecrest is one of my favourite restaurants (and I have been fortunate to have David as our server many times). Had another great meal 2.6.24 with my step-daughter, Robin. We were very happy with the dinner (Apps: Sweet Chili Chicken Bites, Coconut Calamari and Main: Thai Curry Bowl with Chicken (new). “First time at somewhere dine bar! We were a large group of 12 and we were given a dining area in the back as there was another corporate party in the front. It was a little loud since there were two big bookings and it took longer for all our food to come out. Our reservation was at 6pm and although we got drinks right away, we did not get appetizers until 7pm and mains at 7:30pm.Onto the drinks and food! They have some good specials before 7pm - $11 martinis (vodka martini, espresso martini, etc) and $2 oysters. Both were great and the oysters came with a tasty jalapeño sauce.For the main, I got the osso buco ($39) which had braised veal, bone marrow and risotto. The server poured all the sauce over the dish and I realized afterwards that it was just way too much sauce. I would recommend just keeping it to the side and adjust to your liking. The dish was quite tasty and filling, but could have came out hotter.Overall a fine time since we were with good company. Service was attentive as well.“
