“BEST pizza in Ottawa IMO. The “Sweetheart” is the idyllic pepperoni pizza with a bit of added “zing”, and it’s literally perfect in every way. The Fennel & Sausage pizza was also excellent! The birthday cake was a simple but perfect dessert. Our server was so kind, and the overall time spent at Heartbreakers couldn’t have been better. Hopefully they might expand at some point-getting a reservation isn’t easy! :)“

“After seeing so many positive reviews about Maple Delight, I ordered the honey garlic chicken delight tonight and it was delicious. It tasted very artisan, in comparison to the frozen pizza taste you often get from some places, and even my two year old (who doesn’t really fancy pizza) downed a couple of slices.The breaded wings were also pretty good and the service was amazing, as my food was delivered despite some crazy weather outside.I’ll definitely be getting pizza here again and will recommend Maple Delight to anyone who asks.“

“Stopped here for my first time today. The pizza was stellar, and the gelato was fantastic. The ladies were so nice and gave my 18 month old a pistachio gelato cone and I’ve never seen her so happy.I need to take a moment to talk about their mortadella sandwich. I don’t know if it’s a regular item or if this was a one time deal, but it is perhaps the best sandwich I’ve ever eaten. It was 3 ingredients I believe: some thin crispy focaccia type bread, thin shaved mortadella, and ricotta. In its simplicity, it was up to the stellar ingredients to make it shine. The bread had a wonderfully crisp texture to contrast with the tender mortadella and soft ricotta. The ricotta is to die for…wonderfully rich and smooth and well seasoned. The mortadella was flavourful and there was the perfect amount of it. The kicker was the salt on the bread which just made everything pop. I never knew something so simple could be this good. There you have it: what I believe to be Ottawa’s best sandwich. It’s called The King and rightfully so. I hope they keep this on regular rotation.“

The business is contacting other businesses and reaching out to their suppliers to notify them that this has occurred. There is also a possibility that this could have occurred from the driver that delivered the food. So i updated my review to reflect the better quality.Original Review:I use to be a regular customer spending over 80$ a week at Zautoun pizza on walkley. However i have completely stopped buying from here now. The quality has gone down im really not too sure if the owner is aware but my last 4 orders i ordered at night have been absolute food made for intoxicated people. The pizza dough lately has been different and watery. The chicken wings are soggy with really bad sauce on them. They really need to be cooked on a higher heat setting to make them crispy. The fries are absolutly raw whoever is cooking the cut fries you make you really need to learn how to cook the fries using a 3 stage cooking process or switch to good straight fries because those fries are absolutly disgusting please taste your food before you serve that to people. Finally the final thing that made me sick for 2 days was the trippin chicken sub i paid 18$ for a sub. What i got was a frozen chicken cutlett this chicken was not fresh instead it was the frozen disgusting chicken you get at walmart. Fried and sold to me in a sub. The chicken is like the fake chicken you get in the chicken nuggetts. This is very sad that you would even put that in a sub. The only decent thing i like here is the steak sub otherwise im not wasting my money here any more. To the owner. I really hope you look over your staff and food quality. As a longtime customer you have lost me i cannot continue to be ripped off anymore.“
