“I had the pleasure of eating at their second location this evening.(carling ave.) ordered take out. My incredible experience started from the second I walked into this place. Not only is it clean and renovated very nicely, the customer service was incredible. unfortunately I'm not the best with remembering names, however the young lady that helped me was just amazing. The cooks were also great and very friendly. The food was absolutely amazing! The chef whos name begins with a J...was on point. I ordered the sausage pie. The dough on this pie was fresh, savory and left me wanting more and more..Every ingredient just went well with the other.( wishing I ordered more😋) The daily soup was also Fantastic 😋. I highly recommend this place and will certainly be back. Being in the food industry myself and being a cook/chef for 15 years of my life, this was a very pleasant surprise and its just down the road. 👏 Great job to everyone there and look forward to seeing you in my next visit. support local 😇“

“Had just the best, freshest dinner this week there . The staff are so helpful and it was fun getting to have a “ bowl” with exactly what you want to eat! The owner was actually there very pleasant man. Interesting and truly a delight. I never heard of this place or been there and I’m really really happy I found out about it. “I'm from Toronto and I was craving takoyaki. I got the poke bowl, takoyaki and 2 pieces spicy salmon. I tried everything right away in the car first then took it home

The takoyaki was what I expected, super yummy.
I think the fish was good. The sushi rice was a lot harder than I'm used to, not as fluffy. Maybe should have a bit more water

The poke bowl, the ingredients were good but it was missing some flavor. I realized there wasn't any spicy mayo.

I'm thinking the food could be made for the demographic since this is decently away from downtown and some my friends like less fluffy rice and the spicy mayo might be too strong for some people.

I would definitely make it optional to add spicy mayo for the poke bowl and tempura bits but I love the texture of them so that's a personal preference“

“My husband, almost 10-month old just had the most delicious and healthy lunch here today. it was very healthy, very delicious and didn't break the bank. the customer service was exceptional. the owner was right there welcoming us it and explained everything to us! such a good experience! so happy to see healthy alternatives pop-up :)“

“On a recent trip to Ottawa I tried to visit as many different shawarma and falafel restaurants as I could. This place was far and away the best falafel I had. In fact it was one of the best I’ve had anywhere in the world! The shawarma was also excellent. And though the place is tiny and not fancy, I recommend eating there for maximum crispy deliciousness.“

“Been living in Westboro for a few years and we wanted to try this new place that our neighbours told us about. What a lovely atmosphere! The service is very friendly, and they were accomodating for us to send one of their employees outside to our car to give us the pizza!! And the food is delicious!! We ordered a large pizza and the club sandwich and it was served with fries and a delicious salad on the side. Great stuff. Can't wait to come here in the summer!!“

“We had the Goyza, shrimp sushi, and shrimp pasta. All were outstanding. Oh, and a white cake, strawberry and whipped cream desert. All portions were reasonable. (Not too much food, but enough food). We were on vacation so don't want to throw food out or take leftovers with us. I know some people measure quality by the volume of food they get for their money. We don't.“

“Used to have a really good Thai food place but they changed it to a different place in summer 2018. The new place is ok but not as good as the old place. Burgers are good and there is a lot of selection of food throughout the rest of the food court. Note that subway doesn't take subway gift cards at the food court location.“

Placed my order through their app in order to get the special pricing and was able to pick up my pizza with barely any wait. I waited maybe 5 min as it’s very busy during their promotion which is understandable. Their pizza tasted amazing and the quality was great! Definitely going to return if I am in the area! 5 ⭐️“

“I do like it very good but sadly it's changed I hope they truly listen to this advice stick to the way it used to be made 6 years ago or so. it was so big awesome but not as so anymore more. I even had a lasagna not long ago sorry it was not as big as it used to be I remember wow being so big they lived up to there name the owner before was the best, I know there two that were owners sadly one is gone but he was the best at making the food there everything was so big great price now it's not much different than most places so I don't mind going to Gabriel or willys few other places I hope super duper goes back to the original style this is no means of saying bad its just asking them to look back and do that again.“

“As usual the Colonade was and is the most important wrll loved and authentic pizza experience in Ottawa from the earliest days when we went to original location to the small mall it us a study in pizza process delight and caring for people. I was always intimately involved with pizza as a friend of Italians who share this great meal with my parents at home. It is like heaven to know Italian food paired with wines and to be in a great place to eat and share your love of this wonderful dish.
I had a club sandwich. It was like eating a piece of my family heritage as a teenager. Its a bit like being at home. My husband as a rare vintage wi e person had a personal pizza. Such a delight.“
