“It’s now my only go-to food truck. My favourite is the jerk chicken taco, the flavours are so well balanced. Hubby’s favourite is the Fish taco. Friendly staff, and I love the touch that they don’t make guests stand around, they deliver your food to the available picnic tables (when there’s seating available, they’re that busy at lunchtime) or to wherever you’re standing.“

He handed me his phone so I could write down directions, without worry, and was incredibly kind to me. “A nice place to have Mexican food. It is cheap but delicious. Portions are huge. Open buffet salad bar is a bonus. Plenty of options to choose from. Vegetarian options as well. Location is great, right in the middle of ByWard Market area. Parking is always a problem if you drive. Overall if you’re in the area you can go and eat there.“

“God I love this place so much. It’s where I take myself on dates. Home comfort environment and birria tacos to make your taste buds wonder where this has been your whole life. Service is always wonderful. I’ve tried many of the other tacos and they’re all great as well. The sauces they bring to the table are also so damn good. The green sauce is so refreshing, and the red/orange one is flavourful with a perfect kick that doesn’t last too long. All in all I love this place and will continue to come for solo dates. I want to just say thank you to you guys at La Vaca Mexicana for bringing me so much joy when I come here“

“We generally have a positive experience at a different location of barBurrito. The food is always fresh. There is a good variety of meats from which to choose.
The restaurant chain changed the bowl used for the burrito bowl meal a while back. Although the meal is a fair bit smaller than the original size. It's still sufficient.
I ordered the beef bowl and enjoyed it as usual. The Mister ordered the spicy chicken burrito. I think that's his favorite.
The bar height benches are pretty uncomfortable at this location because there is nothing to rest your feet on. The bar stools across from the benches are fine.
The atmosphere is basic cafeteria.“
