“Usually if a food truck does a great poutine, their burgers are sad, or vice versa. This is not the case here; these are legit great smashburgers and I'd put this poutine up against any more well known spots.Kid-friendliness: They have a kids menu!“

“Tried Falafel on Wheels for the first time today. Before my visit here, I thought I truly enjoyed falafels … well, this food truck made me ADORE them even more!!! First of all, Falafel on Wheels definitely takes pride in their AMAZING customer service. The owner/employee today was there to answer our questions and even allow us to have a falafel sampler, how generous and kind!!! The prices were SO reasonable ! And the food ? what can I say : FRESH (everything made to order), authentic, crispy and packed FULL of flavour! This will definitely not be our last time here! “In a word, this place is spectacular!!! The chai is perfectly prepared, and the sandwiches are some of the tastiest I have ever had, anywhere. *Anywhere*. Not only that, the portions are substantial, the prices reasonable, and the staff is lovely. Great food, great prices, great service. The trifecta, and that is increasingly hard to find in Ottawa. Run, don't walk, and enjoy a great meal here. My new favourite place to eat in Ottawa.“
“We wish we had more reasons to hire Merry Dairy’s ice cream truck after hiring them to serve ice cream at our wedding. The truck added such a fun element to the evening, and guests loved the surprise and opportunity to stretch their legs while grabbing their dessert. Merry Dairy was exceptional and super easy to work with. They were flexible, reliable, and the staff serving ice cream was super friendly and seemed genuinely happy to be there. They had a vegan option, too, which especially our guests with dietary restrictions really appreciated. Their ice cream is delicious! Please do yourselves a favour and eat Merry Dairy ice cream.“

“This is my favourite chip truck! I’ve been coming here for over 18 years and it has consistently been 10/10 quality service and delicious food. The owner is so nice, very friendly, gives great portions and is always happy to help. The poutine is my favourite, the fries to cheese to gravy ratio is perfect! Every bite has a great mix of each down to the last one. The Pogos are good, crispy and tasty! The combos offer great value! There’s a great variety of options on the menu! I cannot say enough wonderful things about this truck!“
“T&D Chips is a food truck that has been around for well over a decade. In my youth, I loved chip wagons, but as I got older, they lost their appeal. I got to experience T&D Chips for the first time recently by happenstance. I only ate a few fries, but they were good typical chip wagon fries. My husband and I were walking around Centretown and getting hungry. We planned to have a snack at King's Wrap, but they do this unusual thing where they close between 3:30pm and 5pm and guess what time it was? Yes, during the time they are closed. So my backup plan was Yi Ryo. The wait for my food at Yi Ryo was apparently too long for my hangry husband who was waiting outside, so he marched on down to Lisgar and Bank Streets and grabbed some fries at T&D Chips. So when I stepped out of Yi Ryo, I saw my husband standing on the street, voraciously eating fries out of a paper bag, lol. Being a good Yelper, I stopped him for a picture of the fries and sampled some, haha. So he told me they were $5 and the food truck only accepts cash. They were hot and crispy and slightly sweet. I liked that they weren't mealy. He told me it was a medium, but the bag looked pretty small to me. However, given places like Clocktower charge $12 for an order of fries (yup, for real, I couldn't believe it and further couldn't believe that my husband actually bought them once, and they weren't even good, but that's another story) I guess $5 is a deal these days. And the fries at T&D chips were actually good. Anyway that's my story about T&D Chips, lol.“

“A great little gem of a food truck.Food was delicious, reasonably priced, and didn't take too long.I had two tacos - both delicious - with chips and salsa. My spouse had the classic burrito. I don't even like burritos and thought it was great! My daughter had the kid's meal - chicken quesadilla and fries - and it fed her for dinner + two lunches for $10. I agree w/previous reviews that chick q could use a bit more cheese, though.The little patio is clean and well-kept.“
“i love this place so much. it used to be really close to where i lived but they sadly had to move their location. but they had the best tacos and even better service. while you're waiting for you food they give you samples of food to try. and once i didn't have my card with me and i asked them if i could e-transfer and they were really nice about it. other than the tacos, the chicken tortilla soup has probably got to be my one of my favourites. even when they would give me a sample id still order it cause it's that good. also they have halal options and not just veg, which i love. it's a really good take out place. my only thing is i wish they were open longer and if they had more comfortable seating cause then it wouldn't just be for take out, especially in the summer.“
“Though they only have two vegetarian options (the cauliflower asada fries and the cauliflower torta), both are absolutely delicious! The fries here are absolute perfection! Though it's around $20 for a sandwich, the portion is very generous.I would highly recommend making a reservation, especially for weekend evenings. The restaurant has very limited seating, especially for groups larger than 2.“
