“The food was absolutely amazing BUT I was ordering a large amount for colleagues and ordered at 10am for a 12pm pick up. When I arrived at noon for pick up they hadn't even started cooking our food.“

“To start, it's a good burger. I wish the bun was fresh baked as it was a bit of a letdown and I wish the burger was a bit more substantial as I didn't feel like there was enough beef to make it truly satisfying but the beef quality is solid (maybe they pay a lot more for halal?). Overall it's a tasty burger.

What was truly a letdown is the space. It really seems rundown and dingy. Hard to trust the quality when the place looks like that. Also, only taking cash or debit is pretty lame and cements that this isn't a top tier place. That being said, the gentleman working there was extremely nice and courteous so A+ service.“

“We think we went on an off day (Sunday) . I ordered the Tragically maple and I was disappointed. The bacon was very over cooked that it would break off. They use what seems to be hickory sticks. It doesn't taste like bacon sticks at all. Plus they didn't use arugula and used lettuce instead. My daughter had the same burger she had 4 nights before and hers was also different. Again no arugula. Disappointed 😔“

“Harvey's is Cdn with veg burgers, veg recommended to help our earlthly environment. Website for Harvey's has been NOT user friendly for me. Staff at 216 Elgin in Ottawa and Winnipeg staff are friendly yet could smile more & joke! Wear name tags!

HO response was quick + follow-ups with Jaclyn Real Person! At 216 their Manager Rassi & Server Omar knew my name as we came in to enjoy HO make-good my suggestion of a complimentary veg burger & fave Strawberry Handspun Shake. Success with Harvey's app would have earned me points & loyalty benefits.

Maybe my old MS 7 vs newer MS10 caused missed menu items or my wrong entries on the app. More care might earn points to earn benefits like Burger Boss for $3 first one. I avoid buying anything American, use mainly Harvey's, Cdn A&W & local meals in tRump years. With reliable American Google OS! :) No McDs, Burger King, Dairy Queen or Starbucks. For takeout, I'd use Winnipeg's SKIP, not US DoorDash.“

“Our family really loves the Carlingwood Harvey's, and it has become a regular part of our week. Everytime we arrive we greeted with a warm smile from Christina, who knows are order. Let's face it Harvey's burgers are the best! Why would I want to pay an extra $1 at Burger King's for an extra tomato while Harvey's set you with the topping the way you like it! This is great location; I'm sure you will love it too!“

“My girlfriend and i eat here too often. It started off as a "were broke, lets get the walk in special" to a weekly or sometimes more often tradition.Love the food, the burger place next door is owned by the same brothers, also spectacular.“

“We used to dine at Harveys's for years and we like the food and the way they make the burger.

This time the experience was really bad with the worker who took out order and prepared the burgers. This employee is 3036 as shown on my receipt.
This employee was rude and angry when he was asking us what to put in our burgers. When we told him to put some of everything,he got irritated and only put few things and started throwing the bread over the burger in anger. We always ordered our burgers this way over the years and never had this bad experience. We were astonished from this treatment. Then he trip to do the same with the 2nd burger, claiming he doesn't know what everything means and behaved angry again.

We won't be visiting that location again and probably not Harveys in the near future for this treatment.

The store manager contacted us to rectify this. He invited us to the store again and it was much better at this second visit. I've upgraded my review for the good experience.“
