“We came in from Kingston Ontario for a dance competition. Our server, Rashad, was very polite, informative, and very, very nice to our granddaughter. She asked for chocolate milk and he brought it with whipped cream on top which really made her happy. He said the smoked meat sandwich was the best in town and he was right. The food was excellent. The prices were great, and as I said, the staff amazing. highly recommend.“

“The poutine is good, nothing more. The fries were soggy, cheese in abundance and the brown gravy was okay. The pogos are coated in a homemade dough but not crispy, mine was soft and not too hot. We took advantage of the heated space adjacent to the snack bar, which must have 3 large picnic tables that can accommodate around twenty customers. The service is always good. The line to order, on the sidewalk, was about 12 people and it took 10 minutes.“

“Mon épouse et moi sommes allés dîner et nous avons vraiment aimé les services que nous avons reçus. La caissière (Dolly) est très courtoise et poli. Pour la personne (Maryse) qui nous a preparé notre repa c'était la même la mêmechoses. Mais plus que cela l'expérience global de notre repas était au delà de nos attentes. “I truly enjoyed the poutine and went back the next day for more. The poutine at La Poutinerie Albert is as authentic as it gets. The potatoes cut fresh and the items are made as ordered. They had plenty of other items on the menu, but I will have to wait until I return next time. Well done!“

“I had the classic poutine in family size. Aww yeah so nice to live not too far from La Pataterie Hulloise. My favourite poutine I've ever had. Loaded with cheese curd and gravy just the right ammount. ? Obviously it was huge and no adult can finish these unless you're American of course.“

Meat toppings were a bit of a let down because we also tried the beef. If I had gotten just a plain poutine it would have been like a 4.5 out of 5.“

Order was quick and correct and staff were friendly. There’s plenty of benches around the parking area to enjoy your dessert.“

“Went there for supper on Saturday. We walked in at 4h30 and the place was empty so we got seated quickly.Service and drinks were great. Had Amaretto Sour, tequila soda and rum and coke.For supper we shared onion rings, bruschetta, cauliflower and Artichoke and Spinach dip. Everything was terrific. The only recommendation would be to add a balsamic glaze to the bruschetta.Presentation was well done and flavors were on point.“

“First of all, it's a diner so I don't think this is like any other restaurant I rate. But I've been here with my children twice now, and the service has been exceptional both times. It's a standard diner, if you like any good diner, you'll like this one. But why I'm coming back again is the staff.“

“The maniac chicken (and bites) is almost perfect. Perfectly crispy but woefully bland. C'mon lads, just a little bit of salt and pepper would go a long way.
