“Just had the pleasure of stopping by Pizza Italie on an impromptu walk with my children. We decided to stop in and order a large Pepperoni pizza as a very late lunch to split amongst ourselves. The pizza is a standard style, simple and done quite well. The crust has a nice flavor, but I do wish it were a little more well done. A parbake would make it the right amount of crispy and solid through to the middle of base. The sauce is delicious, well seasoned and bursting with the flavor of the tomato and some nice herbs and spices. The cheese is definitely quality, and melts nicely, and has a nice soft flavor. The cup and char Pepperoni is very good, and tastes magnificent, alone or with the slice. Definitely will be returning!“

“I started ordering here after being away for years but I've been eating their pizza since I was a boy in the late 80s early 90s, and its still the same pizza. It tastes great, one of the best.

A special shout out to the young lady (I don't know her name) who takes the orders (owner's daughter and I think she is the manager now). Your personality is as wonderful as your stunning face and eyes. Don't ever change you are beautiful inside and out.“

I grew up in this little town, and we always had an abundance of pizza places. But it wasn't until my adulthood that I discovered this uncut gem. Tucked away in a small building, on some side street, but churning out the best pizza pies this side of the Ottawa river.

If you're a person of refined taste, then I recommend the classic Hawaiian. In my opinion, the best Hawaiian pizza out there.“

The variety of food here is incredible, there’s always something for whatever my teen or I am craving. Every single dish I’ve tried has been fresh, flavorful, and consistently delicious. It’s such a lifesaver on those days when I don’t have the time or energy to cook but still want something that feels homemade and satisfying.

“We had a wonderful evening at Enoteca Monza in Gatineau! We popped in around 5:30 on a Friday without a reservation and the place was already buzzing — clearly a popular spot. We ended up waiting nearly an hour for a table, but it was honestly totally fine because the restaurant is perfectly located inside Les Promenades de l’Outaouais. We wandered around the shops, grabbed a drink, and the time flew by.
Once seated, the warm, modern Italian vibe immediately made up for the wait. The service was friendly and attentive despite how busy they were. We loved the wood-fired pizzas — crispy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Everything felt authentic and generously portioned.

“I’m from Toronto and I was visiting Gatineau when I decided to stop by Pizza Hut on Portage. I was honestly very impressed by the experience. The restaurant was clean, the staff were friendly and professional, and the service was quick even though it seemed busy.

The food was fresh, hot, and prepared exactly the way I wanted. You can tell the team works hard to keep the quality high and make customers feel welcome. It’s not always easy to find a place that is both fast and consistent, but this location definitely stands out.
