The best gluten-free pizza in Gatineau. He cleaned the whole kitchen, all surfaces and utensils that can come in contact to prevent cross contamination with gluten. Gluten-free pizza is only available in medium size but you can chose the toppings. Taste is very good. Recommended if you are looking for safe gluten-free pizza. 10 **********
