“My daughter and I are Celiac. The food and the service was amazing. My husband had regular food and said it was also good. I would recommend to anyone to go and try the restaurant it’s really worth it. Thank you for making my daughter feel normal on her birthday.“

“First time customer. Thought I'd give these guys a try. I have to imagine the positive reviews here are from friends or family of the business owner, because there is a total lack of customer service here. My order arrived much later than I was told it would, which really would have been okay, but the order was incorrrect. The man tried to get me to just take it anyway. Really, bro?? After being unconvinced it was incorrect, he started opening up boxes of food on the hallway floor, at which point he confirmed it was the wrong food, despite the receipt showing the correct items. (I really feel bad for the person who actually ordered those boxes of food after he was handling them like that.) Once he finally accepted that I wasn't accepting the incorrect food, he tried to give me the correct part of the order and said he could come back later with the rest. Maybe I'm weird, but I like to eat my food when it's hot, and eat it all together. I advised him not to worry about the order and that I'd figure something else out for dinner. I handed back the food and wished him a lovely day, acknowledging the mistake was not actually his. A little under an hour later another gentleman is at my door like someone had simply hit a reset button or something and was there to deliver the order - he seemed to have no idea about the previous situation. He was simply there with a delivery which I definitely was not going to pay for at that point. I let him know I had told the last gentleman not to worry about the order, and so he made a phone call, spoke to someone on the phone for several minutes then made his exit. Nobody ever called me to communicate anything, nobody explained the error, nothing. A total and complete lack of "service". I specifically didn't order from one of the "cheap" places because I believe in paying extra for good service, but whether or not these folks are capable of that is highly questionable. This was my first and very last experience with Mozza Pizza. Absolutely terrible service! 0 stars, and that's generous.“

“Nous avons placé une commande en ligne pour apporter à la succursale du boulevard Brien à Repentigny. Malgré une commande placée 30 minutes avant la fermeture, le système l'a planifié pour le lendemain matin. Nous avons appelé et le gérant de plancher nous a fait notre commande sur place 3 minutes avant la fermeture. Service exceptionnel, la nourriture était chaude et abondante.“
