“I would give a 3.5, but the rating option is not possible and I am aware that it can affect your business and that is not my goal.On the other hand, we were disappointed with our order the last 2 times so we will no longer start from you unless there is a change.The bbq chicken pizza did not meet my expectations at all.. But my partner's Canadian pizza was good.The fries were inedible, the slices okay... why? Because they were soft with oil, so full of oil that the bag was soaked in oil, even the delivery man made a joke about it... but it wasn't very good.Very good service from the delivery man, very kind, it was our 3rd time eating from your restaurant.For the so-called "normal" pizzas, they were good, but the others I liked less and the fries were good once but the other two times it was the same problem.The best of wishes for the future. “We went there twice and had a good experience both times. They have a number of creative pizzas and a few other dishes. Entrees are also available like fried pickles.The only thing I would add was an odd discussion I had with the waitress and subsequently the owner about their advertised "20 ounces" beers. When my beer was brought the the table, it was poured in an European glass called a "demi". I'm very familiar with these glasses as I come from France. A "demi" refers to a "half liter", which equals to a little less than 17 ounces. I half-jockingly brought that up to the owner's attention and pointed out I was missing quite a bit of my 20 ounces of beer, to which he responded that "these were the glasses he was getting from the supplier. Not a great explanation really and I didn't get a top-up nor a larger glass, which in my mind would have been the right thing to do.This is not unusual for restaurants to "cut corners" on drinks/glass sizes but I thought this would be worth noting.Food was great. Venue is nothing spectacular but pleasant and cozy. There is a flat screen on the wall presumably for game nights. Washroom.could use a bit of love/organizing. Service was good too.Kid-friendliness: Open to kids!Parking: Not a ton of parking but both times we went we had no problem finding space.Wheelchair accessibility: Restaurant is at ground level, no problem for wheelchairs.“
“There were seven of us around the table last Thursday evening. The food was good. The waiter would often put his arm in front of my face to pick things up from the table instead of moving around and around my chair. I didn't find it very professional. The music was too loud during mealtime. We had to speak loudly to be heard.I would go back to try another dish, but I would monitor the service and the volume of the music and not hesitate to comment as needed.“

It started with questions about a good choice of wine for my partner and for me... . she advised us on anything... she wasn't sure, she asked for advice from the sommelier... very professional of the young lady... she is learning... she also advised us on the choice of meals on our desires and WOW Once again.... she amazed us...... now Pizzadelic is my first choice of restaurant in Outaouais.... “Superb welcome from the owner who took the time to introduce us to his cellar and share his passion for wine with us. The proposed wine pairing was perfect. We loved being able to purchase three bottles of private import to take home. A small downside for our waitress who was just starting out and who brought us a dish gratinated with cheese despite the fact that we mentioned that my partner did not eat cheese... Small error quickly forgiven given the beautiful evening .“
“What a delicious meal we all had! The 4 of us had pizza alla carne, gluten free pizza and ravioli Rosa. Not one morsel of food was left. That’s how delicious everything was. The mini-desserts were good too. The bread bar was a cool concept. There was ample parking. Our server was very sweet.“

“Service was excellent and the Zorba Salad was simple but very good. Retro Pizza was good but needed a little extra flavor. I think maybe a zestier sauce might do the trick. Ingredients were fresh, so that was a big plus. Overall enjoyed the experience and would return and try something different second time around. Just to see what a different option brings to the table.“

“Stopped here for a quick lunch riding bikes from Ottawa. Nice little sandwich shop. We got the ham and brie and the Italian combo plus a couple of poutines. Sat on the patio in the shade of an umbrella and really enjoyed ourselves and the food was delicious. Thanks for lunch!!!“
