“Last Saturday, June 27, 2026 I celebrated a birthday with 2 dear friends and we all agreed that this evening chez Caméline was perfect! We were warmly greeted by our waiter, Minuentak, who was brilliant in his detailed descriptions of the food,his suggestions re wine choices, including the excellent non alcoholic wine - Antelope, and his genuine attention to our well-being. The octopus, the stuffed zucchini blossoms and my choice, the thon tartare offered amazing flavours ( strawberry, ginger and oxalis) and were presented beautifully. Each dish was unique and delicious! We all had the same entrée, crevettes norvégiennes with fresh pasta, topped with trout caviar in a delicate but flavorful sauce - an original combination of textures, colours and flavors. Wow! For dessert, we shared an amazing concoction of cake, pistachios, almonds??? - Totally creative and totally delicious - a perfect ending to an excellent dinner. Thanks to the chef and his culinary team for making this evening so special for all of us - clearly a 5 - star experience! Merci beaucoup! Samedi dernier, le 27 juin 2026, j'ai fêté un anniversaire avec 2 cheres amies et nous avons tous été d'accord pour dire que cette soirée chez Caméline était parfaite ! Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par notre serveur, Minuentak, qui a été brillant dans ses descriptions détaillées des plats, ses suggestions concernant le choix des vins, y compris l'excellent vin non alcoolisé - Antelope, et son véritable souci de notre bien-être. Le poulpe, les fleurs de courgette farcies et mon choix, le tartare de thon, offraient des saveurs incroyables (fraise, gingembre et oxalis) et étaient présentés magnifiquement. Chaque plat était unique et délicieux ! Nous avons tous pris la même entrée, des crevettes norvégiennes avec des pâtes fraîches, surmontées de caviar de truite dans une sauce délicate mais savoureuse - une combinaison originale de textures, couleurs et saveurs. Wow ! Pour le dessert, nous avons partagé une création incroyable de gâteau, pistaches, amandes ??? - totalement créatif et totalement délicieux - une fin parfaite pour un excellent dîner. Merci au chef et à son équipe culinaire d'avoir rendu cette soirée si spéciale.“

“Visiting from out of town and decided last minute to make a reservation at Enoteca. The staff were wonderful. We had the arugula salad, Calabrese pizza, lasagna, and carbonara. Everything was delicious. I think they make their sauce for the carbonara with cream which isn’t authentic but still tasted nice. The guanciale could’ve been cut thicker. Their Italian Chardonnay was delicious Ripasso Valpolicella were fantastic. If you’re wine lovers, then you must try both.“

“I’m from Toronto and I was visiting Gatineau when I decided to stop by Pizza Hut on Portage. I was honestly very impressed by the experience. The restaurant was clean, the staff were friendly and professional, and the service was quick even though it seemed busy.

The food was fresh, hot, and prepared exactly the way I wanted. You can tell the team works hard to keep the quality high and make customers feel welcome. It’s not always easy to find a place that is both fast and consistent, but this location definitely stands out.

“Luigi at Gabriel’s Pizza is an absolute legend.

Seriously, this is the kind of customer service that makes you want to keep coming back. Luigi went so far above and beyond that a normal five-star review doesn’t even feel like enough. He was friendly, patient, genuinely helpful, and actually took the time to make sure I got exactly what I wanted instead of just rushing through the order.

What really stood out was how well he knew the menu. He knew the toppings, the combinations, and the food inside and out. He gave excellent recommendations, answered every question I had, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure I enjoyed what I ordered.

There’s a huge difference between someone simply taking your order and someone who actually understands great customer service. Luigi made the whole experience feel welcoming and personal. He was professional, funny, knowledgeable, positive, and just an all-around great person to deal with.

Gabriel’s Pizza, whatever you’re paying this man, give him a raise. Give him employee of the month. Give him his own parking spot. Put his picture on the wall. I came in for pizza and somehow left wanting to write a review about the guy who helped me order it.

The food was great, but Luigi’s service was what really made the experience memorable. Employees like him are the reason people become regular customers.

Five stars isn’t enough. Luigi gets a solid 10/10.
